We were able to make the system almost unrecognizable in that we tailored every customizabel aspect to fit our exect needs. We use it all day every day and it has completely replaced our old system. **What do you dislike about Lead Docket?** Incoming messages are recieved by all users, and there is no feature to filter out messages sent to other users, which makes it a lot harder to respond to messages in a timely manner.
