G2 is so dumb I just filled out literally every possible aspect of this review and it still doesnt qualify for the reward, I had the same issue with my last review it seems as though if someone doesn't select the perfectly curated answers you're looking for they won't be eligible for any rewards and you guys get in depth reviews for free. You can expect me to never do another review with you again. Yes I kept clicking next and answering everything until I got to the bottom, so no I am not missing something or doing the bare minimum ### 3. It allows for more details and custom field details to be sent as well. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Some features are hard to find. Webhooks, and custom field data getting sent to Keap was not in an obvious place. There is no api to work with (at least not publicly) **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every business requires scheduling. We schedule Zoom meetings (with the existing zoom integration) and set our ms365/outlook and gcalendar tasks as well as email integrations and sms ### 5. Seems old and outdated. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** Update the UI so it feels like it is in the 21st century. I work with clients all over the US and AppointmentCore shortens the time to easily schedule an appointment. I also like that it is compatible with my Google calendar. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Setting up your appointment booking link can be a little time consuming and complicated, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier to create multiple links. AppointmentCore has many options to limit when and how often you would like clients to be able to schedule appointments, but the options can be a little confusing to get everything just right! **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** It's a good product that works well 90% of the time. It is pretty easy to use. If you are looking for something that allows people to easily schedule an appointment with but while also working with your schedule, and any limitations you would like to set it's a good product. If you are looking for appointment scheduling software, AppointmentCore is a great option to test out. **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** AppointmentCore eliminates any of the confusion and back-and-forth when tying to schedule appointments with a client. Not only does it benefit me, but it benefits my clients as well. Clients can schedule appointments with me when ever it is most convenient for them while also seeing when exactly I am available, whether they would like to schedule an appointment with me as soon as possible or a month out! ### 7. It might be worth looking at other options when considering a tool that you are using long term. **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** The convenience of the client being able to schedule without emailing back and forth before settling on an appointment time. ### 8. It does away with scheduling hassles and saves our sales team time. Marketing can also tag and track people who have completed for follow up sequences ### 9. It would be nice if they could integrate in others such as PayPal or use Infusionsoft payments since they are tightly integrated there. You can use other payment methods but would need to do the billing prior to allowing the appointment being booked. **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use appointment core to setup initial consultations with prospects to sell my services. I also use it for my clients and automate their appointment processes including scheduling ongoing consulting or coaching products. ### 10. The appointment calendar was a bit challenging to set up but the customer service was helpful in giving detailed helpful instructions. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** It is not as user friendly as some other programs. You cannot contact customer service by phone only email is challenging. And it does not offer customer service over weekends. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** I switched my clients to this program before I really did my research based on someone else's recommendation. Do your own homework.... **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to tie in all my calendars to help my customers schedule on line... The Operations department did reach out to me after repeated URGENT emails which has been VERY appreciated. Will connect me with help on the weekend which is ALSO above and beyond! ### 13. There are too many steps when you are in a rush to activate/inactivate a user. I would like to see less clicks in the process to make this a more seamless experience. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** Support has a slow response time (at least from my experience) It is difficult to build a custom scheduling process, there seem to be many limitations **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a team of coaches who need to meet with customers on a 1-on-1 basis. It is one of the few products of its kind with this feature, which was essential for us. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Some bugs to still be worked out, specifically encrypted text appearing in email confirmations of appointments on the customer's end. **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appointmentcore is helping our business offer one-on-one Client Support sessions, a huge benefit to our users and a positive impact on retention. ### 15. I can also have AppointmentCore automatically schedule Zoom or WebEx meetings when clients schedule with me. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** When I have to change the password at work every 90 days, the connection between AppointmentCore and my calendar is lost and clients can schedule at any time of the day. I need to remember to go in and re-connect my calendar. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** AppointmentCore is a great option to consider for your scheduling needs--especially if you use Infusionsoft. There are cheaper options out there but AppointmentCore gives you a lot of functionality that those other apps don't provide. It's well worth a look if you need scheduling software. **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** The back-and-forth of scheduling calls over email was tiring. Also, since AppointmentCore has its own reminders, I do not have to send out reminders manually any more. ### 16.
