What do you like best about AppointmentCore?

AppointmentCore has been what I use to schedule all of my consultations, and I like how it integrates with Google Calendar so if I block out Google it stops people from scheduling on AppointmentCore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?

The only thing I can really say about appointmentcore is that it sometimes has bugged out in the past where it blocked off times that were available on my calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?

AppointmentCore is helping me solve the business problem of keeping track of scheduled consultations and it helps me get them on my calendar in the first place by just sending a link.

G2 is so dumb I just filled out literally every possible aspect of this review and it still doesnt qualify for the reward, I had the same issue with my last review it seems as though if someone doesn't select the perfectly curated answers you're looking for they won't be eligible for any rewards and you guys get in depth reviews for free. You can expect me to never do another review with you again. Yes I kept clicking next and answering everything until I got to the bottom, so no I am not missing something or doing the bare minimum Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppointmentCore?

AppoinmentCore allowed me to set up and schedule meetings with the rest of my team that were working from home and needed to be brought up to date with any new workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?

What do you like best about AppointmentCore?

AppointmentCore has a detailed enough system to cover most types of scheduling and integrates with most popular CRMs including Infusionsoft/Keap, which we use. It allows for more details and custom field details to be sent as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?

Some features are hard to find. Webhooks, and custom field data getting sent to Keap was not in an obvious place. There is no api to work with (at least not publicly) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppointmentCore?

Appointment core makes it super easy to make appointments with people no matter where they are located. I work with clients all over the US and AppointmentCore shortens the time to easily schedule an appointment. I also like that it is compatible with my Google calendar. What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?

Setting up your appointment booking link can be a little time consuming and complicated, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier to create multiple links. AppointmentCore has many options to limit when and how often you would like clients to be able to schedule appointments, but the options can be a little confusing to get everything just right! Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:

It's a good product that works well 90% of the time. It is pretty easy to use. If you are looking for something that allows people to easily schedule an appointment with but while also working with your schedule, and any limitations you would like to set it's a good product. What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?

AppointmentCore eliminates any of the confusion and back-and-forth when tying to schedule appointments with a client. Not only does it benefit me, but it benefits my clients as well. Clients can schedule appointments with me when ever it is most convenient for them while also seeing when exactly I am available, whether they would like to schedule an appointment with me as soon as possible or a month out! I like being able to send my booking link to clients and the convenience of the client being able to schedule without emailing back and forth before settling on an appointment time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the booking links will be set up to send calendar invites to certain employees, but the event will still show up on other employee calendars regardless of how the link was set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppointmentCore?

It makes it easy to allow your customers/prospects to setup appointments with you in an automated fashion on your website and integrates in with Infusionsoft for advanced segmentation and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?

While you can bill for your appointments within the system, it is limited to Stripe. It would be nice if they could integrate in others such as PayPal or use Infusionsoft payments since they are tightly integrated there. What do you like best about AppointmentCore?

Set it and forget it kind of product. I really like that I can create multiple appointment core types to coincide with the different company calendars that I need to coordinate. The "check my schedule" feature is great for avoiding duplicate bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
