**What do you like best about Apptoto?**

I love how Apptoto supports my customers' need to schedule new enrollments and online sessions seamlessly. It facilitates seamless scheduling and communication about those schedules across my staff, which is really helpful. The set up is easy, and it allows for specific attributes unique to my center, making it problem-free—just set it and forget it. I don't spend time troubleshooting or tweaking settings once it's set. When I needed help, the live support was instant, which I really appreciate. I also like that it integrates with our Google Calendar, and it's been so reliable that I don't even remember the other software we used before.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apptoto supports seamless scheduling for my customers, facilitates communication across my staff, is easy to set up, accommodates specific attributes unique to my center, and requires no troubleshooting once set up.

Their software is great and their customer service is phenomenal!

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

I don't know of any downsides other than the software does so much that I don't know everything it can do. That is why I use their customer support often to help me navigate any new features that I want to add.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All appointment reminders for my customers are sent out automatically and gives them the option to confirm, cancel or reschedule. Apptoto saves me so much time with not having to reach out to each customer individually. I think it has greatly improved our no show rate with appointments.

Customer Service is ELITE. I always get a soultion and they are always professional and nice. I have never not had a great experiance.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

I sometimes forget the right route to a specific setting and takes me a bit of time to find it. Probably why I chat with support so much.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client scheduling it helps us clear the first contact hurdle with potential leads and gathering basic info. really glad you can customize the intake forms.

**What do you like best about Apptoto?**

This app has greatly helped our business with client reminders. We gave it a rating of 9 because we experienced a minor issue where messages were being sent to multiple clients with the same first name, even when the last name didn’t match. After resolving this by ensuring messages only go to the correct phone number, the system has worked smoothly, and we are pleased that only the scheduled client now receives the reminders.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Every new tool comes with a learning curve, and Apptoto is no exception. The only issue we encountered was that it initially sent the same message to contacts with similar first names, like 'Juan' or 'Jose,' without distinguishing between last names. Fortunately, this was easily resolved by adjusting the settings. Since then, we haven't had any problems, and overall, we're very satisfied with Apptoto.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Apptoto, we manually sent appointment reminders for all initial consultations at our law firm, which was time-consuming. With Apptoto, we've significantly reduced that workload, allowing us to focus on other important office tasks. It has greatly improved our appointment management by ensuring clients arrive on time, know which attorney they're meeting with, and receive timely reminders to provide any necessary documents before their appointment.

I don't remember it ever going down since 2020 and if I ever need help, I click the text box and am talking to someone live, usually within a minute.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Getting all appointments onto one page to view at a glance is tricky. Needs a customer facing app instead of a website.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage business flow and avoid unmanagble peaks.

As a therapist, It's frustrating to hold time for someone that does not show up or give you advance notice. One of the best parts of Apptoto for me is that it has practically unlimited the no-shows.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

I'm being perfectly honest when I say there is nothing I dislike about Apptoto. It meets all my needs and I have been very happy with it.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Apptoto has almost completely eliminated my no-show clients. It also gives me a heads up when people want to cancel or reschedule. It's like having a receptionist.

How accommodating and customized the system is the way you do scheduling, you do not have to change the methodology. The automation is easy and the team is very supporting.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Apptoto is always improving and bringing on new features and updates. Nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from only scheduling into one calendar, to needing to schedule into two calendars. They found a solution that works for our needs. This is only one example of many over the years of how Apptoto consisently solved our problems and issues.

The features are abundant.  The customization is robust.  The support is prompt and knowledgeable.  Getting things up and running the way we wanted to wasn't nearly as complex as I anticipated.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

n/a  We haven't run across anything that's limited our ability to do what we need to do.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a huge benefit for our staff and our customers.  Scheduling, rescheduling, reminding, and confirming are all completely mindless.  We don't lift a finger anymore.

I have not found any downsides to using apptoto.

Automate acknowledgment of appointment confirmation and rescheduling. Unnecessary trips to clients were decreased, thus saving money and time. The time could be offered to clients on waiting list.

**What do you like best about Apptoto?**

Many things: The ability to interface with our CRM program. The ability to easily set up extensie email and sms drip campaigns using that interface. Lastly , access to the owner and programmer Frank Cort.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Not a thing. It gave me everything I was missing in terms of email and sms follow up.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing was that it provided an interface to our CRM program.  Also, it provided an online calendar that syncs itself back and forth with the calendars in our CRM program.  For years, I wanted to set up email and sms drip campaigns and automatic emails and sms messages at critical points in the handling of our cases.  Now, that is all complete, in place, and functioning automatically. And, mostly, if changes are needed, the interface is user friendly enough that I can do them myself.  That saves time and money.  I can't imagine going back to the way things were without Apptoto.  It is critical software for us.

**What do you like best about Apptoto?**

Implementing Apptoto has been so easy. As a sole operator, this has been a huge time saver for me and has saved me from having to employ a receptionist to manage my booking.
The fact that clients can reschedule or cancel their appointments without having to talk to me has been fantastic.
My clients are also commenting on how easy it is to book and it's great that they can see all of my available time slots.
Having different appointment types allows me to see what type of appointment has been booked and allows me to better prepare my day.
It also has been so useful that once the appointment has been booked, a google contact is then created from the information supplied. I am also using the custom fields in the appointment information to collect information from my clients prior to the appointment, this is then shared with other software I use.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

I can't find any faults. I have been using it for years and it has saved me so much time and money.

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to employ a receptionist to manage my bookings. The whole appointment booking process is automated now and I would say that 95% of my bookings come via Apptoto.
It also has been so useful when people message or email asking to book an appointment, I just email them the booking link and ask them to book via Apptoto. So there is no negotiating around what times work for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

i have yet to have any major issues with Apptoto. The only small issue that has cropped up is clients replying to the SMS reminder (I would not see this reply) rather than sending me a message. It does clearly state on the SMS message not to reply, however not everyone reads this

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before Apptoto i would have 3-4 clients a month get either the wrong time or day for their appointment. This no longer happens. On the rare occasion it does, it is easy to show the client that they have been sent two reminders (email and SMS) and that the mistake was theirs. This in turn makes it less awkward charging for missed appointments

They send appointment reminders automatically to our clients. We used to call EACH client to remind them of their appointment and now, Apptoto does it the day the appointment is scheduled, three days prior and the same day! It saves my team so much time and energy!!

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Just wish it was integrated with Law Pay (Platform attorneys use to collect payments).

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me a lot of time. They remind my clients of appointments, it also allows my clients to schedule and pay for appointments online! This is all included in their paid plan! Absolutely love it!

Using apptoto we can reach out to many customers daily to remind them of upcoming appointments that would usually take an employee multiple days.

The program seems user friendly, but sometimes the server kicks it off

The platform was easy to integrate and use. Apptoto takes off the heavy lifting for scheduling and verifying, and reminders of appointments. In addition to these attributes, you are also able to integrate onto your website for others to quickly choose the type of appointment, and automation will add to your calendar, send out text messages, and reminders to the client.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about this application.

Apptoto has taken the need for a scheduler to a higher level and instantaneous with updating.

It's fully configurable, it's programmable and it's interfaces with all standard calendars, it's simple to use and configure but it covers all advanced features

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

Nothing.
We're using TeamUp as master calendars and it will be a good feature to have your own calendar integrated in AppToto, with advances features (customized fields, ...) it's here but not with all features we expect

**What problems is Apptoto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several calendars using TeamUo and we would like to send email and SMS before and after the appointment, the message is customized based on several params!

It's extremely easy to create and manage the calendar.  After you input your generic script it can be used for all of your future calls/emails/text messages.  The upload process is also very fast and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Apptoto?**

N/A it works great for everything our business requires.

We use apptoto to send out appointment reminders for our service department.  By using apptoto if frees up our service coordinators to do other projects that are vital to the business.

Our older clients get confused sometimes and not sure how to confirm appointments.  They call us to confirm rather than respond to the prompts
