I find SalesIntel extremely beneficial for lead generation due to its extensive database of well-verified contacts. I appreciate that the platform saves me time from manually verifying contact information, which is a significant advantage in my work. The human-verified data instills trust in the contacts, which is crucial for effective outreach. The ease of use of SalesIntel makes accessing necessary information straightforward and efficient, allowing for quick decision-making. Furthermore, the integrations with Salesloft and Salesforce are seamless, facilitating a smooth process to find and convert leads. The initial setup of SalesIntel was very easy, which minimized downtime and allows my team to start using it almost immediately.

I find that SalesIntel could improve by providing more contacts. While the contacts are well verified, increasing the quantity could greatly enhance the service.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I appreciate that the platform provides me with direct access to verified contact data and intent signals without being overwhelming. The interface is straightforward and clean, and the filters are intuitive, allowing me to quickly reach the right person instead of having to search through several different tools. Additionally, their support team has been genuinely helpful—whenever I’ve needed assistance with building lists or troubleshooting filters, they have been responsive and patient.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The GTM Workflows and automations are somewhat limited at the moment, but I can see that they are already improving.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re expanding into new industries, and SalesIntel helps us quickly verify whether an account fits our ICP and who we need to speak with. Instead of guessing or relying on outdated databases, I can pull targeted lists with intent triggers and refine outreach based on what companies are actively researching. It saves a ton of time and helps us prioritize the right conversations instead of cold-calling blind.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

SalesIntel has an easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The level of accuracy for our target demographic is exceptionally below acceptable. I have presented this to the team, and they have argued with me. I have to waste weeks collecting sample data to prove my point. It has been exceptionally frustrating. The research on demand team has not been able to acquire my information multiple times, but still charged me credits. This also has been far below advertised expectations. Additionally, the integration from Hubspot needs work. I have presented my issues and errors also to the team and they have been unable to assist in a resolution. My contact phone numbers do not push over, so I have to manually add them, even after working with the team on the mapping and them insisting this issue has been resolved.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have thus far been unable to assist in solving any of the issues I have brought forward and this whole experience has been a nightmare. I am on the verge of losing my job because I am underperforming because the system I inherited is underperforming. It's ruining my stellar reputation and it's literally one of the worst things that has happened to me in my professional career.

SalesIntel continues to be a key part of our prospecting strategy. The platform keeps improving, and we’ve noticed more verified contacts and stronger intent data accuracy over time. It’s made our outreach more focused and our pipeline cleaner. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is—they actually listen to feedback and roll out useful updates. Definitely worth keeping in our sales stack.

I wish the platform loaded results a bit faster when running larger searches, and sometimes the contact coverage in niche industries could be better. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re areas that could improve.

I like the intent feature of SalesIntel the most. It has been instrumental in helping me find companies that are actively looking for potential brands to collaborate with in areas like sports partnerships, sales incentives, and employee engagement, which aligns perfectly with the services we offer. Sometimes it's hard to differentiate companies from headquarters and branches and to find people in that specific company location. I'd also like to be able to exclude companies from a search that includes companies we already work with and have those automatically filtered out.

Rev Driver is great. It's very helpful for me as I'm prospecting companies and on their site already because it saves time for me and makes it much easier to get contacts rather than having to go to the Sales Intel site and do a search there.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

In my experience, the contact quality on Sales Intel does not match what I find on ZoomInfo and 6sense. Whenever I am unable to locate the contacts I need with Sales Intel, I usually have better luck finding more and higher-quality contacts through those other platforms.

I rely on Sales Intel, mainly through Rev Driver, to help me locate high-quality contacts for my prospecting outreach. This tool enables me to identify the right people to reach out to, making my outreach efforts more effective.

I really value the ability to upload lists of contacts and then flesh out their information using SalesIntel. This feature significantly saves time and effort by allowing me to easily make use of enriched contact information for our marketing efforts. Furthermore, I appreciate how seamlessly I can integrate this enriched data into my Salesforce organization to automatically add prospects to campaigns. This integration with Salesforce enhances our targeting efficiency and ensures that our marketing strategies are grounded with up-to-date information about potential prospects. As a marketer, having direct contact information is vital for effectively executing marketing campaigns, and SalesIntel makes this process much more efficient and straightforward. The overall setup for SalesIntel has been easy from the marketing perspective, which is reassuring as I continue to learn new tools and best practices.

I sometimes encounter outdated contact information in SalesIntel, which then requires additional effort to research the correct and current details on demand. This can be quite cumbersome when some of the contact data is over a year old, impacting the accuracy and timeliness of our marketing efforts. Additionally, certain intent data provided by SalesIntel might be up to a week old, which can limit its effectiveness for prompt response and targeting strategies.

-Sometimes contact information is incorrect, for example when calling, I am facing wrong numbers and wrong industries
-Sometimes dealing with duplicates of records for prospects

-Tailored prospect lists with contact information that is not easily accessible by the traditional method of visiting the website
-Many prospects ask "How did you get my mobile number" that's a good thing!
-Ability to filter and sort based on industry, location, company size, use of specific payroll software allows me to execute targeted outreach that is within our ICP
-Seamless integration with my CRM allows me to drop lists into outbound sequences easily.

The sales, CS and support teams have been very accommodating. The tool is relatively intuitive. The data accuracy is good enough to support our GTM efforts. I like the fact that they realize having 100% accuracy is near impossible and make it easy to request research into data needs.

It can sometimes be easy to get lost in the flow of the app when moving from feature to feature.

We needed a data originator for our GTM efforts. We are also trying to solve for increasing our knowledge about prospects to help with awareness efforts to feed the top of the funnel. Lastly we are using it as an intel source for existing customers to help with upsell and expansion efforts.

I find it difficult to search for specific sites companies are visiting due to having three domains with the proxy link embedded. I also wish there was a feature to see which contact or persona type visited our website or is spiking in intent. SalesIntel stands out as my most important tool, especially when used alongside LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I find it challenging to search for businesses by category within SalesIntel. It would greatly benefit from an easier way to filter businesses, such as by categories like CPG or healthy snacks. I really appreciate that SalesIntel has a lot of different leads and companies that are registered in their system. This feature is particularly valuable to me because it provides a broad range of contacts within the system, making it much easier for me to reach out to the right people. Having access to a diverse set of registered companies lets me develop leads effectively by helping me find the specific individuals or companies that I need. Additionally, the initial setup of SalesIntel was pretty easy and not difficult at all, which I find very beneficial as it allowed for a smooth adoption process without any significant technical hurdles.

Some of the programs within SalesIntel aren't as easy to use as others, which can be confusing.

The salesforce integration is fantastic. Enrichmnet is high quality which is important when developing C-level outreach. 

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

I upgraded to a flat fee as our needs grew. The CSM team was attentive and helped me scale. 

**Recommendations to others considering SalesIntel:**

Rather than buying lists of leads,  invest in SalesIintel and create your own targeted lists.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing which accounts to target is key for us.  We can filter based on Technographics (what tech the accounts own) correlated with their 'Intent to purchase' and filtered by industry is extremely powerful for marketing to target messaging.  Instead of casting a wide net on the industry, we can now pinpoint the exact accounts, Titles, and messaging based on the search.  This increases our conversion rates, reduces our cost of emailing, and creates more pipelines faster.

Additionally, the setup of SalesIntel was very easy for my team, which facilitated a quick and seamless transition into integrating it with our workflow.

I cannot find cell phone numbers for everyone on SalesIntel. Additionally, I would like more contact information for smaller companies, particularly those with 0-50 employees. This lack of comprehensive data complicates my efforts in reaching out to potential prospects effectively.

Very easy to search up a target person or company and the information tends to be relatively accurate.

Have used it as a BDR doing mass outreach and a salesperson with pointed outreach. The pointed outreach has proven to be much better and more effective.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because in a bulk setting where you're doing 100s of exports you tend to have around a 20-30% inaccuracy rate (anecdotal stats not objective).

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Sometimes the duplicates can be frustrating when doing bulk exports, and sometimes you can have data issues with contacts not being as current. This could also be due to user error as I have mostly experienced this when using salesintel to export 100s of contacts at one time.

Contacting existing customers and making new connections. We have customers without contacts on file and this helps find a point of contact.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I've used several sales intelligence products and I like their technographic data. It's accurate, up-to-date, and product versions are available. I really like the UI - it's super simple to learn and navigate. I also like that I don't have to worry about credit usage. This has been a very unexpected benefit of SalesIntel. With other platforms, I constantly had to manage sellers who wanted to keep working, but were out of credits, and worry about having to increase our spend on a monthly basis. That extra administrative burden is gone. I also like their intent categories. They have high-level categories, but you can get much more granular as well. It really helps finding that "needle in a haystack."

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

I don't love that you can't automatically enrich your existing HubSpot companies with intent data. It has to be done via an intent search.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very limited database and have an ABM sales motion. I'm not going after volume - I'm trying to identify target organizations that have specific tech and challenges that we can solve. Identifying those intent signals and the right people within the org to reach out to is what I'm solving for. I'm also trying to streamline and automate as much of this as possible since we have a very lean team. I've been able to accomplish all of this with SalesIntel.

If I send an email with the fields filled in, trusting SalesIntel's data, the lower case letters in names and company names look very unprofessional. Also, the filters for the locations do not always work well. If I am looking, perhaps, for only businesses in one particular state, it still pulls up companies in other states across the US from the state I'm looking for.

The application is simple in it's interface to drill into searches for what my company is looking for to expand our footprint. I've been around a while...sold b/w print ads "a while" so I've seen my fair share of database/contact technologies.  Some in literal books, others on CD-Roms and most recently in slick/smart websites.  Without insult to ANY products I've seen or used nothing has been as helpful as my RevDriver extension.  It's ability to give me "what I need" in a timely manner is just outstanding...Great tool for any seller who hates wasting time going back and forth on tabs/windows for simple data.  Obviously the "data" matters and I'd suggest that 90-95% of my uses come up with at least something that I can use for a sales function.  It's an awesome product unto itself and is MOST importantly simple to instal and use.

I haven't had any issues with SalesIntel; that said I'm relatively new as a user but I will be sure to update my experience if something goes wrong...I'm a New Yorker and a Knicks fan at my core, so complaining is in my blood.  Stay-tuned :).

The only complaint I have is that I can't rely on SalesIntel to accurately give me a private company's annual revenue. That said, these are private companies so annual revenue is not made publicly available.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I really appreciate SalesIntel for its ease of use. This feature significantly saves time by allowing us to acquire contact information directly from the platform without having to navigate through various steps or run around to find what we need. It streamlines our workflow by making it possible to be on a company's website and instantly access the contact details we require. The user-friendly nature of SalesIntel enhances our efficiency and assists in swiftly obtaining critical information.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The amount of contacts in companies is much fewer than their competitors.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SalesIntel to easily access contact information straight from the platform, saving time by avoiding the initial step of gathering these details manually.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

We recently pondered a shift in tools we use, and the top aspect we loved about SalesIntel was the data quality. We weren't seeing the best contact information across a variety of contacts from our previous system, and now we've had way more relevant contact information for sales reps to use!

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Nothing yet - we've been pleased all the way around so far!

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with buy-in from sales reps on the previous platform we used, due to mistrust in data quality and a lack of assistance to help coach up our sales team on best practices. SalesIntel has solved those and so much more already, and we've only been a user of the platform for about a month at the time of writing this!

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

SalesIntel has been a great resource for my team. I like how I can quickly compile company and contact lists using the SalesIntel search feature, and I especially love the LinkedIn integration, which helps me locate leads much faster. If there are ever discrepancies in the contact information, I can simply send a note and the issue is resolved right away. I use it daily and truly appreciate its usefulness.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The main downside is that contact data can occasionally be outdated — especially for smaller companies or for individuals who change roles frequently. This means I need to manually double-check certain records to confirm accuracy, which can slow me down when I’m trying to maintain momentum.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesIntel helps me quickly identify and connect with the right decision-makers by providing accurate company and contact data, along with valuable firmographic and technographic insights. The LinkedIn integration streamlines my prospecting, allowing me to locate and engage leads faster. Having a responsive support team to quickly resolve any data discrepancies ensures I can keep my outreach moving without long delays, ultimately improving my team’s efficiency and pipeline generation.

What I like best about SalesIntel.io is how easy it makes it to find the right people fast. The human-verified contacts save me from wasting time on bad data, and the filters help me zero in on my ICP without digging through noise. It plugs right into my outreach workflow, so I can focus on starting real conversations, not chasing info.

What I dislike about SalesIntel is that occasionally the contact data can still be outdated, especially with fast-moving roles or smaller companies. While the human verification helps, there’s still some manual double-checking needed — and that slows things down a bit when you're trying to move fast.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

Very easy to use and has all the key integrations. 

They have human verified contact information of people and a very slick chrome addon which will give you all the info of key decision makers in a company in one click.

The audience builder for adsintel is top notch, helped us unlock new accounts to focus on for our ABM efforts based on intent signals.

Cost effective in terms of pricing too compared to other similar tools in the market.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Not much, the saved searches take upto 7 days to reflect on Ads Intel to run ABM ads across their network. Some of the changes are not self-serve, we need to request the team to help us with it - they are fast to respond and help us with this though.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use it for lead enrichment and for gathering sales intel.

Easy to use and it really helps me to increase my productivity and efficiency in reaching prospects and suspects.  The Chrome extension really speeds up the process.  The customer support is phenomenal.

I haven't found anything I dislike but I am just getting started with SalesIntel

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I like that Salesintel provides most if not all contact info for my target prospects being C-Suite. The copy function for each field is very helpful as well reducing steps to get that info into my CRM.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The only real complaint or what I dislike about SalesIntel is how up-to-date the information is. People get promoted, fired, or simply leave the company at any given time so it would be nice to have the information refreshed on a monthly basis.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesintel is solving multi-thread communications by providing not only office numbers but mobile numbers and LinkedIn profile links as well.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

The reason why we chose (and continue to choose) SalesIntel is because their data is verified. Without that verification, data is basically useless. We like that the data is updated regularly and that it's reliable, especially considering how often we use it.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

We honestly haven't had any issues using SalesIntel so far (at least nothing that I've heard about). If anything, it's user error on our part and the customer service team is patient with us and has been able to help us figure out our issue during our first contact. It's been pretty easy to train people on how to use it (basically - it's super intuitive) and how to incorporate it into our internal processes.

We needed more targeted leads and we need, more than anything, UPDATED leads.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I love how SI keeps the same people that you talk to during the sales process on as an account manager. It streamlines the info download to get started in SI faster. We were sold when reviewing some of our target companies and the accuracy of the data they have. The integration with Hubspot is great and having a better idea of the companies coming to your site with VisitorIntel is actionable.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

It does take some training to really get the hang of the tool as there is so much you  can do but the SI team is very willing to take the time to walk you through how to use all the features so you are getting the most out of the platform.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smarter prospecting, data enrichment and integrations with CRM to streamline processes.
