Salesforce Agentforce is game changer when it comes to automation. You have the ability to create different agents that can handle some of your sales, customer service, and internal operations tasks. Once you set what you need, it doesn't require constant supervision. It easily integrates with other Salesforce products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
