PerformYard is an excellent tool for keeping track of your professional progress. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage goals and daily tasks, as well as mark them with specific completion dates. A major benefit is the ability to revisit past accomplishments and activities, which is incredibly helpful for staying on top of your work and for reference during performance reviews. A significant limitation of the system is the inability to delete goals. If a goal becomes obsolete or inaccurate, there is no option to remove it, which can clutter the interface and misrepresent current priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
