Very good, thanks. I have just finishedreading similar reports from Harshita T. on chatbot use cases. I&#39;d also share some of my favourites: BotPenguin https://www.g2.com/products/botpenguin/reviews and Elfsight&#39;s AI Chatbot https://www.g2.com/products/elfsight/reviews
I also liked Intercom, but it&#39;s a big name in the niche and needs no extra presentation.
