**What do you like best about Paladin?**

Paladin's tools have allowed us to scale much more rapidly and manage a very complex worldwide payment landscape. They are constantly improving their product and are very responsive to our suggestions for additional functionality. Managing a business built on top of YouTube is already a big challenge, so we're glad to count on Paladin's tool set to help us manage the changing regulations while we focus on supporting our growing partner base.

Integrated onboarding, support, reporting and payments allow us to operate very lean, while efficiently managing our creator communities.

Their tech support is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Paladin?**

An API to connect directly to our data and generate our own reports would be very convenient.

**What problems is Paladin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payment management and reporting of all YouTube complex revenue earning types.

**What do you like best about Paladin?**

There are many things I really appreciate about working with Paladin, the most important being the tech itself. The Admin and Partner facing dash make's life for managing many YouTube partners/channels much easier and efficient than the system we were previously using. We have used these tools for many years and they have certainly evolved into the best in class and have become social platform agnostic with more than it's original focus on YouTube. James, Thomas and Ole really listened to the feedback from us to make changes and add new features that truely added value. What started as a dashboard that could just process YouTube payments more efficiently has become much more robust today. Managing multiple payment types from multiple platform was very challenging, but we have the ability to add line items that show partners separate revenue streams that are aggregated and paid through one location. Having the ability to set a threshold to payments at say $100.00 makes the volume of payments even more manageable. The application process is very streamlined and efficient. Partners can add multiple YouTube channels and authenticate all their other socials under one account. The ability to create separate “Communities” is helpful as this feature allows you to have many different Communities under one Admin dash. These Communities can be arranged by genre, language or whatever is necessary for your business. The system admins are able to limit access to employees and clients by Community for an extra layer of security. You can invite employees or clients that are not in your company and give them access to only the community that pertains to them. Our company relies heavily on recruitment, we are able to add recruiters to any or all communities with different rev shares which is all automated. There is a very robust Community wide messaging system. The ability to contact support is done easily through the dash and response time is very quick.

The Partner facing dash has robust analytics that can be sorted over various time periods for partners to track past performance across all social platforms that are authenticated. Partners can also see estimated current earnings and a countdown to when they will receive payments. The Apps tab gives Partners free access to some of the best creator apps on the market. Partners are provided access to guides which give them direction on Bent Pixel’s best practices for succeeding on YouTube. Partners are also able to download branding packages and see the latest news on what’s happening with Bent Pixels and the greater market. Partners have access to an earings tab which breaks down their earning by month and line item. The community support system in place is very simple and efficient. Partners can authenticate social media accounts very easily which allows Bent Pixels the ability to pull analytics across multiple platforms making it much easier to provide insight into which channels are right for Brand deals. The Partner facing dash is designed to be specific to each community which is helpful if the Community members all speak a language other than English.

The Campaigns tool is very exciting and is continually rolling out new features. Campaigns allow our Brand team the ability to access video metrics Community wide and group them in many different meaningful ways that our specific to the Brand deals we are trying fulfill. Soon we will be able to authenticate channels that are not under our Community which will allow us to easily add out of Community talent to our RFPs. Campaigns will allow team to respond quicker and more thoroughly to RFPs and handle a much greater scale than pulling these video metrics manually.

**What do you dislike about Paladin?**

There really isn't anything I dislike. We really wanted to have the ability for channels to join the dash that did not have or want to use their YouTube channel to authenticate. This request is being rolled out in the next 2 weeks. We also would like to have the ability for clients to access and use the dash by only inputting assets and that feature is also being rolled out by end of second quarter. All tech has bugs but Paladin is very quick to respond when one arises.

**Recommendations to others considering Paladin:**

I would highly recommend if others need help with payments at scale, complex and multiple payment types, clients on multiple social platforms, support, messaging, mass application and screening.

**What problems is Paladin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the many issues that arise when you are managing clients at scale, complex payments, Brand deal opportunities, Community wide messaging, support, teaching ect... The main benefits we have realized are a very happy Community, reduction in HR and a higher bottom line.

  ### 9. Have used Paladin Software for creator on-boarding and day to day management for multiple years.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick M. | Director of Networks, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Paladin?**

The on-boarding process. Bringing new talent into our program is as easy as sending creators to a custom application and accepting their application when submitted. The talents' information correlates with the creator facing dashboard for ongoing management. The process of collecting creator info and managing the information and analytics through spreadsheets is a major hassle, now resolved.

**What do you dislike about Paladin?**

The software is still relatively young, and therefore some of the features can be further developed. One example is the limited capabilities of the contract management feature, which I understand to be in the product pipeline. Fortunately, the team is smart and knows what problems to prioritize moving forward to keep the software both up to date and ahead of the curve in the digital video space.

**Recommendations to others considering Paladin:**

Consider how many employees are tasked with the operations of network or creator management. This can likely be scaled down to 1-2 employees through the use of Paladin tech.

**What problems is Paladin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-boarding creators that we manage is quick and easy. What normally would involve back and forth emails collecting information and informing creator about specific nuances of our program is now detailed in the dashboard's on-boarding steps. The process of paying creators and consolidating YouTube reports is also managed through the dashboard, bypassing the need for spreadsheets and manual labor. The creator dashboard also helps allow our customers to manage their personal information and access our guides, and licensed creator applications. Furthermore, integration with Intercom support makes customer service far easier and avoids constant email loops amongst our support staff. The network tools alone have allowed 1-2 employees to manage the work of what would likely be 9-10.

  ### 10. Great Software, Fantastic Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Paladin?**

I like the clean look of the dashboard which allows me to obtain all information about my clients!

**What do you dislike about Paladin?**

I think a few modifications, such as creating some of the reports in the right format would be great. Very small thing, but I believe they're already working on it!

**Recommendations to others considering Paladin:**

Paladin is a serious company here to solve client management. They're always implementing better ways to do what we can already do. Streamline and efficiency is one of my favorite features about the company and the Dashboard as a whole.

**What problems is Paladin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing YouTube partners in our YouTube CMS.
