The platform allows us to centralize our actions and analyze campaigns in a clear and intuitive way, which facilitates an optimal understanding of KPIs. Two small things, it would be nice to be able to filter profiles by labels to directly find, for example, all the profiles where we have put the label 'pet friendly'. This could also save us time. It's very convenient to have access to all of this in one place. I also like the campaign feature that allows for automatic detection of content containing specific keywords or hashtags and makes it easier to track content creators' posts. Additionally, I find that the tool is very user-friendly and intuitive, which is convenient for quickly navigating between ongoing campaigns and potential influencer lists. Hmm the only thing I can think of is that I would love split data on the creators, so that we can see data on all organic posts and data on sponsored posts. Usually, sponsored content doesn't perform as good as organic, and since we're buying sponsored content, it would give us a better idea of what to expect, so we can plan better. To answer your question directly: when you request a profile to be added, our team processes it on the back end and adds it directly. The turnaround is usually fast, but we recognise the lack of visible feedback in the platform makes it feel like nothing is happening. Creators themselves don't receive any message from Kolsquare, as they have public profiles where data is displayed by default and visible in APIs social networks provide us with. This is already the case for creators above 5,000 followers, who are in the platform by default. Making this process more transparent and easier to follow is something we're actively working on. In the meantime, your CSM can give you a clear picture of how it works and where your request currently stands.
