I really appreciate the ease of use of Kolsquare and its readability, which allows for quick handling and smooth daily use. The Kolsquare support is extremely responsive, which is really pleasant on a daily basis. The platform allows us to centralize our actions and analyze campaigns in a clear and intuitive way, which facilitates an optimal understanding of KPIs. Two small things, it would be nice to be able to filter profiles by labels to directly find, for example, all the profiles where we have put the label 'pet friendly'. This could also save us time. I use Kolsquare to manage influencer and creator campaigns. It allows me to gather all performance and insights in one place. I appreciate the big network and the ease of searching for new collaborations. The list and labels for KOLs make it easy to have an overview of who we've worked with across markets. I like that I can see mentions and also see the influencers' ER and general views. Also, I can collect my current influencers that I work with in a campaign. There are some features that could be clearer, for example, if Kolsquare could differentiate what posts are paid and what are not because that makes a huge difference in views for the influencer. I love the ease of navigation for finding profiles and the amount of information available for each content creator, such as reach, engagement, and audience. It's very convenient to have access to all of this in one place. I also like the campaign feature that allows for automatic detection of content containing specific keywords or hashtags and makes it easier to track content creators' posts. Sometimes, the data provided regarding reach and engagement is not 100% representative of reality. It's as if the results are sometimes more optimistic than reality. Also, another improvement would potentially be to integrate more profiles without us having to add them to the platform and wait for a delay before accessing the data. I like using Kolsquare for our influencer campaigns because it makes the entire research process a lot more convenient and allows us to validate the audiences of the creators against our goals. It helps us choose the correct creators to work with, and track our campaigns effectively using influencers strategically. I appreciate that before, we spent hours manually reporting on campaigns and pulling numbers from different platforms, but now Kolsquare automates all that. Hmm the only thing I can think of is that I would love split data on the creators, so that we can see data on all organic posts and data on sponsored posts. I would like to see how the creators' sponsored content performs compared to their organic content. Usually, sponsored content doesn't perform as good as organic, and since we're buying sponsored content, it would give us a better idea of what to expect, so we can plan better. The only thing I can think of right now is that when I request to add an influencer or an account, there doesn't happen anything. I tried to do it once, and it didn't get an update on the requested profiles that I wanted to add. I appreciate the analytics aspect of content, creators, and overall campaigns in Kolsquare. It's great to see the impact of our campaigns and determine if they worked or not. I find it annoying to have to create a new campaign for each subject, it makes it hard to look at our influencer database as a whole. The initial setup was not that easy; it was pretty confusing and I had to block out a lot of time to learn how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Kolsquare has a super user-friendly interface that is easy to use, which simplifies my everyday work and makes me work faster. I am very happy with my experience on Kolsquare and our collaboration with Camille, who is in charge of our account. My team and I use Kolsquare daily to collect mentions of creators and to find new talents to contact. I appreciate the faster access to creator mentions as well as a talent database.
