What do you like best about Statusphere?

As a startup beauty brand, what we love most about Statusphere is how seamlessly it connects us with genuinely aligned creators who truly understand and elevate our brand. The platform takes so much of the heavy lifting off our plate, from matchmaking to logistics, giving us the ability to scale awareness quickly and authentically. Honestly, nothing. The experience has been truly exceptional. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way, and Sofia in particular has been amazing to work with. What do you like best about Statusphere?

I like how Statusphere briefs are easy to navigate and only take about 30 minutes to complete after doing the first one. It allowed us to scale TikTok campaigns through multiple Cyber 5 periods. All creator content is kept in bulk on the platform for easy download, and its dashboard lets us see top trending content before deciding on paid promotion. Their support team is great, always responding within 24 hours. I value their results dashboard because I can easily see all videos in a brief and how many should still be expected, along with the aggregate engagements across all posts. The initial setup was very easy. After onboarding, the team clearly explained how to send inventory to their warehouse, and we were up and running within 6 weeks. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

Having creators adhere more strictly to the brief instructions. We've experienced creators saying the wrong offer, not adhering to dos/don'ts, or not posting within the posting schedule with no repercussions. The videos do not get flagged when they have the wrong offer, but they should. I would also like if we would receive automatic updates from creators if there are delays and/or need extensions. What do you like best about Statusphere?

I really appreciate Statusphere's customer service. Their team genuinely cares about the success of our brands and ensures that the platform works hard for us. They're very open to critiques about their platform and excited about new ideas, like in-person activations. They're super helpful when reviewing our campaign briefs, providing thoughtful suggestions to make them stronger. They have also been instrumental in making our briefs more exciting and eye-catching for creators, which has helped us convert them into potential brand loyalists. Additionally, Statusphere's team has been very responsive and helpful in assisting us with the initial setup, which was surprisingly easy despite a learning curve with the credit system. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

What do you like best about Statusphere?

Statusphere strategically selects the right types of creators needed for each unique campaign by allowing both creators and brands to select their content niche. For example, you can select to search for creators with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle niche for a new moisturizer or cleansing product launch. This saves the brand a lot of time because it would typically be a lot of legwork and time to manually look for creators. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

Sometimes, the app will crash in the middle of setting up a campaign or looking up a campaign. I'm sure these are painpoints the company is already addressing though for a better user experience.

You are also not able to know which creators opted into a guaranteed camaign until the post goes live. This does not allow us to track any instagram stories that creators tagged us in prior to post go-live. What do you like best about Statusphere?

With just two people on our team, the automation has been a huge time-saver, helping us reclaim at least eight hours each week. It efficiently analyzes all our campaign content and performance data, then presents the results clearly in the dashboard. The reporting dashboard is also highly customizable, which makes it easy for us to generate specific performance reports for our leadership team quickly and without hassle. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

The only drawback our team has encountered is that, at times, the creator content is not uploaded in a file size large enough for us to repurpose it as UGC on our own channels. What do you like best about Statusphere?

I find Statusphere extremely simple and easy to use, making it an intuitive platform right from the start. Its robust filtering options enable us to tailor our outreach to content creators whose demographics, interests, and other characteristics align precisely with our target audience. This capability ensures that our brand's content reaches the right consumers, enhancing the relevance and impact of our campaigns. The platform’s performance tracking tools are a great asset, allowing us to monitor content success efficiently. I also appreciate how Statusphere enables us to leverage content for paid purposes seamlessly all within one platform. Notably, the onboarding process was very straightforward, which facilitated a smooth transition to using the platform. Our work with micro-influencers through Statusphere has yielded stronger performance compared to other strategies we employed, and I particularly value the platform's ability to keep our brand messaging on point through its briefing features. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

The one area that could improve would be to provide more line items for do's and don'ts. We have a lot of legal requirements and were limited by the allotment of lines for do's and don'ts, knowing it's a balance with keeping the brief simple for creators. I think just having a few more line items or allowing more characters would allow us to incorporate all the requirements vs. trying to shoehorn them into different areas of the brief. What do you like best about Statusphere?

I am Brand Manager and manage multiple brands - some include launching new brands that are "NEW NEW" to the market. Launching a new brand is never easy, and building a UGC pool and having new consumers try the product can be challenging. When it comes to customer acquisition, people need to see "real" people try the product, so with that Stausphere is a helpful tool in getting micro-influencer content to scale. The beauty of the content, is that you will be getting a series of content with full perpetual rights that you can use for your socials and product descriptions pages. These are valuable spaces that are important when building a brand to help the consumer journey learn more about you, but also have content that you can use.

We brief and ship product to Statusphere, they handle the rest! Managing multiple brands simultaneously can be challenging, particularly at scale. Statusphere allows us to focus on crafting effective briefs and targeting creators within their platform based on demographics, content type, and specific attributes like skin type and curl pattern. A/B testing in small groups, coupled with detailed reporting, has been crucial for learning and optimizing our briefs before launching larger SEO campaigns. This valuable feature enables informed decision-making and improved ROI. In addition to readily accessible dashboard data, Statusphere's team provides post-campaign reports and data analysis, guiding my team through the results and search lifts observed on TikTok and Google. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

Our team manages multiple brands on the platform and we have collaborators working on each brand by function. We've previously shared this feedback with Statusphere but we'd like to reiterate our need for enhanced video tagging and feedback capabilities. Specifically, we need the ability to tag videos for different use cases (e.g., paid ads, PDPs) and allow multiple users to leave ratings and comments. What do you like best about Statusphere?

The Statusphere platform is extremely intuitive. My team has executed several campaigns, and with support from the knowledgeable and dedicated Statusphere team members, we've been able to optimize campaign offers and briefs to improve content quality and achieve our various goals. We have scaled the amount of Statusphere programming significantly due to the various benefits of the program (i.e. strong content for media and owned social, lifts in Social & Google search). I appreciate the thoughtfully-developed streamlined communication with creators (limited clear Dos & Don'ts), and the integration of AI recommendations. The platform makes it easy to sort through content to identify top performers by various metrics. What do you dislike about Statusphere?

Very few downsides. The Statusphere team always takes our feedback back to the development team, and the platform seems to frequently add new features/functionality as a result. We would love an easy way to export all the social profiles of all the creators in a campaign for internal tracking purposes, but we often get that from the team directly. What do you like best about Statusphere?

It's been great working with influencers across the country who shop at a variety of different retailers. That Statusphere portal makes tracking, reviewing and analyzing each campaign super easy...everything is in one place! It also makes accessing comments in the influencer's feeds very convenient. After setting up your first campaign, which is not difficult at all, setting up future campaigns is a breeze. What do you dislike about Statusphere?
