The implementation and setup were straightforward. Getting going was fairly simple. Integrating with our system was pretty easy, but the depth of data we could pass was limited. **What do you dislike about Influential powered by Captiv8?** We used this platform daily for a year. Price/value: The platform is expensive and overpriced, even for a $100m business. Analytics and data: Very poor. Even basic data, like mapping affiliate commissions to orders, is disconnected. Specifically, payments were a complete nightmare. Every month, we paid thousands of dollars to affiliates and creators, but verifying order data was manual and required a lot of time and guesswork. The lack of visibility into performance led to significant delays and frustration in paying affiliates and creators. Communication tools: Very poor and unusable. If you're communicating with more than a few affiliates/creators, you are better off relying on other third-party tools to facilitate. Many automated emails (like assigning voucher codes) contained errors in placeholders and spelling/grammar (no way to edit these yourself). If your business runs an affiliate program, this is not the tool for you. You're better off using an established affiliate solution for a fraction of the cost.
