The exceptional support team is one of the biggest advantages of using Creator IQ, whenever I have an issue they’re incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and fast to get things fixed. The platform itself is also very intuitive, the dashboard is easy to navigate and makes managing payments seamless. One issue I've encountered is with the payments, when there’s an error or delay in payments, I’ve not been notified proactively. There have been a few instances where I only became aware of a problem because creators followed up about missing payments. It would be really helpful if the platform could alert users immediately when something goes wrong with a transaction so we can address it before creators have to chase us. Creator IQ is my go-to source for reviewing creator insights. There is a plethora of information from demographics to performance data. I also really like the reporting element of CreatorIQ and the way that your performance data aggregates into a comprehensive report that can be tailored to suit your needs and can be easily shared with clients. I find CreatorIQ to be a little clunky and tricky to navigate. There is a lot of scrolling given the amount of information and it would be more helpful to see things all in one page. With this, there is a lot of clicking out to separate windows and I find I am always taking a number of steps to navigate back to where I started. Unfortunately, we are not really able to utilize CreatorIQ for creator sourcing as we find that the outputs don't quite align with the filters we put in place and what we are looking for when searching. While the customer support team is pretty helpful and responsive, we find that we are simply reaching out to support more than we'd like to be. CreatorIQ is the main platform that my agency uses for Influencer Marketing. I love how it provides access to creator's audience demographics, follower growth, performance metrics, etc. It's an easy tool to use to create one-sheets with influencer recommendations for clients and also easy for clients to review and approve/reject influencers. We also use CIQ as our main platform for reporting. We create campaigns in the CIQ dashboard for each activation and authenticate creators to track real-time analytics from the content. The venue was extremely cramped for the amount of guests. Hard to get around and a lack of charging/work stations.

I dislike some miniscule features like when I select a bulk amount of creators in a list, they remain selected when I leave the list which sometimes messes up my next task. I also wish it was simpler to run an affiliate program on instead of having to create "Campaigns" to then added thousands of creators to and slow down the platform. I also wish it was an app! I love being able to reference all content from individual influencers and being able to see individual stats per influencer and piece of content all in one hub. Some creator statistics on CreatorIQ fluctuate frequently, which can make tracking consistent metrics challenging. Additionally, CIQ doesn’t currently pull average views for Instagram Reels or account for outliers in a creator’s content. A single viral video, for instance, can significantly inflate average likes and views, potentially misrepresenting a creator’s typical performance.
