I like the data insights and the data information that CreatorIQ provides, especially the reporting. The platform helps me manage creators across all my markets, allowing me to see performance, content, engagement, community engagement, insights, audience insights, and conduct market analysis. Insights like CPM, CPE, save and shares help me understand real engagement from the community with greater content. I appreciate how intuitive the platform is; it's super easy to use and clear on all the information it provides. Definitely reporting. Reporting is my pain point and benchmark. I don't know. Probably, I'm skipping some part of the platform, probably on the side, and I should definitely dig more often on this side. But reporting is one of my pain points; the fact that I can't save reports monthly to monthly inside the platform is something that I would love to have. But beside that, the platform is super useful, super helpful, and I don't have many blockers, to be honest. Some little things that could be added, nothing major.
