**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really appreciate that impact.com is a great platform where I can connect with big brands and earn a good amount of money through affiliate income. It's also very easy to sign up, connecting with Google and LinkedIn accounts, making the setup a breeze. I like that most of the big brands are on impact.com, which helps me promote them effectively and boosts my earnings. I also enjoy that I don't need any other tools because impact.com covers everything I need for my affiliate programs.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

In the earlier days when I started with impact.com, I found it challenging to understand how to work with the platform and how to find brands. I had to visit each brand's website to learn about their affiliate programs. I also faced some payment issues initially with impact.com, but they were resolved after I connected my PayPal.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

There is a strong depth of reporting that can be heavily customised and connected to various 3rd party apps. It is very easy to extract data and dive deeply into transaction details. The marketplace also has a strong affiliate presence covering a wide variety of partner types. The Help Desk function also makes it easy to troubleshoot minor issues quickly and fix issues for our clients independently.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Some of its functionality can be quite buggy at times, such as getting stuck in a loop trying to log in to the platform. I also do not like the new UI as there is a lot of dead space and removed functionality of widgets on the dashboard.

As an affiliate agency, Impact is the base of all of our business and is the sole platform of choice for us to run affiliate activity for our clients

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to generate leads for clients and for my own personal business growth. It helps me with scalability, the ability to reach various audiences, and to market efficiently across all platforms. What I like most is that it gives creators who may not be visible a chance to be explored and have other people recognize their talents, not just someone from social media with a large following. It lets someone in independent marketing service introduce products to various clients and lets those clients explore products they hadn't heard about before. It also assists with broadening outreach and your digital footprint without doing it in an artificial way. The initial setup was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I believe impact.com could do better at catering to a wider audience. I think maybe being able to have people who never heard about impact and who may not always qualify for the vetting process be actually assessed for or given an opportunity. I’d like them to allow those individuals to gain visibility with the filter, of course, but also in consideration to their latent abilities because they may not link all of their social media at the same time.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to generate links to minecraft.net since Mojang introduced the Creator Support Program. One thing that helps a lot is the "Vanity URL" feature, which gives me the option to make custom URL links. The default links that are generated don't look very trustful, so being able to customize them is helpful. I really like how the brands can make an offer and I can know that it's not a scam, which was a problem I previously suffered through emails. A good example is the Minecraft brand itself, it's a big brand, and being able to work with them has been a phenomenal opportunity. It's my first time in this ecosystem, so there's a lot for me to discover, but for now this is the only thing I can fully say works well. The initial setup wasn't too bad, since English isn't my first language I had to translate some things and it took me some minutes to understand, but it didn't require help from support.

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is the system, it's very clear, neat, and easy. There's no need to worry about getting banned or kicked out, unlike other CPA systems where you can't appeal. It's simple, you do sales and get commissions, no hanky panky, no ditches, no gimmicks. The payment is very good and they give me offers easily. It's very easy to find deals, coupons, and assets, especially the brand deals, the real brands like TikTok. I worked with HostGator through them and the system was very good. I worked for almost ten years and couldn't find anything that could pay me out or get me a breakthrough in my affiliate journey, but impact.com was the first one that made me able to get a breakthrough, and when I signed up for TikTok it helped me generate my income and my paid commission. It's been a big breakthrough in my life, in my affiliate journey, in my office, and in my business. When I ran my HostGator campaign I immediately got my commission, which was amazing. The moment someone clicks on your link, it shows on impact, and the moment you get a sale, it immediately comes to your dashboard. You get immediate results, no waiting, no stopping, so you can see your performance straight away, and the money flows directly into your account where you can withdraw it. If you set up auto withdrawal, you can get your payment immediately. The payment is timely, fair, and transparent. I really like the recurring commission options, it's a no brainer with no competition on that, like 20% on TikTok, so you can earn a lot. impact.com is based on real business, I'm building a real business around it and their offers, especially TikTok. I'm also using the impact.com extension alongside my own marketing tools. Compared to other CPA networks like MaxBounty, the biggest difference is there's no problem after the sale, everything is very clear and it's a fair deal, a company, agency, or anyone can run their offer because you do the sale and you get the commission.

The ticket-generation process is somewhat cumbersome, and the communication system is awkward. Maybe it's an older system, from before the AI era. So far it's okay, but a little slow. Compared to modern layouts, the system feels outdated. They often get stuck on payments, account setup, changing the address, switching accounts, or changing the country, which is a problem for us.

I like how easy it is to keep track of everything. Finding partners, checking performance and payments is pretty straightforward. It took me a little time to get used to it, but now I use it without any problems.

Sometimes it takes me a few clicks to find what I'm looking for. The dashboard can feel a bit busy at first, especially if you don't use it every day. But once you get used to it, it's okay.

For me, I'm an artist and I produce art content. I find it very difficult to narrow down the discovery of brands/products to applicable things. Most of the art supplies are more crafts-focused, or certain categories that focus on creativity give me results that aren't useful for the specific content I make.

I use impact.com as a creator and appreciate how it makes getting my affiliate links for specific landing pages easy. I love that my earnings can be directly deposited into my bank account without worrying about invoicing. The ability to create affiliate links for any landing page is a feature I truly value. The detailed reporting helps me see where users come from and what actions they took, which is something I love.

I love the detailed reporting but it still can be a bit confusing/overwhelming. One other thing that could be improved is when signing a contract, the button to submit is easy to miss!

What we like best about Impact is that most of the top merchant affiliate programs are available on the platform. Its easy to manage everything in one place, and commissions are processed automatically once they reach $25, which saves us tie and effort.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only thing we dislike about Impact is that sometimes merchants take a long time to approve our partnership requests. It would be great if the approval process could be faster or more consistent.

Impact helps us access some of the best affiliate programs worldwide including top brands like Home Depot, Sider.ai and Wix. The simplicity of managing payments to partners is also impressive, as we pay one invoice and they handle all the payouts to our partners. Well, the general user experience for creators has been quite limited. I've had several issues over the last year or year and a half with fully utilizing my profile, especially when it comes to linking my social media channels to my impact.com profile. Using their automated customer service and trying to speak with a customer service representative has been rather challenging. So, I have tended to use other affiliate marketing platforms because of this. It was I it should be easy, but I think it's a little more challenging. I don't know why but I was having difficulty not the very first time that I set up my Impact profile, but in subsequent times that I have tried to get my impact profile completed or linked to a campaign that was already in progress. They could even if they wanted to check my particular profile and see that I had contacted customer service several times because my Instagram was not properly linking to my impact profile. And because that is my largest social media profile, this was really probably holding me back and keeping me from exploring impact more. And I reached out to customer service, spent hours trying to navigate through processes with them, and it, you know, ended up just feeling frustrated.

The rejection rate is high due to a technical issue affecting certain campaigns, and payment releases are delayed. On top of that, the compliance team takes days to review each campaign and respond to our tickets.

The ease of creating links and also seeing my dashboards with my data. The ability to quickly link to my website and other integrations.  I like seeing how each of my promotion codes are performing as well as the link performance.  The ease of searching for other brands is also a benefit.

I have struggled to reach out to brands via the platform.  The email or chat function does not work so well or at least brands do not seem to monitor it.  I have also struggled with getting paid out on time even once earning have been locked in.

Impact provides strong technology, but what I find most important is the ability to implement a globally tracked program. Unlike other providers that require you to open a separate program for each country, Impact makes it possible to manage tracking at a global level.

I would improve the Advocate program by making it possible to promote at the product level, rather than only at the general brand level. For the general creator program, it would also be helpful to have this same product-level promotion option, especially for influencers who want to highlight specific items. An app-based solution could make the process easier by helping creators find products and promote them through their social channels.

Nothing. It sounded like it would be great, but it’s been a horrible experience. I feel like we were sold a bill of goods.

Everything about this has been a mess. The affiliate sites are spammy and seem to be pushing fraudulent form submissions just to collect lead payouts. Not a single form submission we’ve received has been legitimate. When I reached out, Impact support denied there was an issue and they’ve continued billing us anyway. Signing up for Impact was the worst decision I’ve made this year.

Impact.com didn’t solve any of our problems. Instead, it drained our finances and marketing budget due to fraudulent lead submissions, and we received zero constructive support to help rectify the issue. They’re perfectly happy to keep billing us $533+ a month, even though they still haven’t delivered the service that was sold to us.
