"Powerful ERP with everything in one place"
4/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like most about NetSuite is having everything under one roof- finance, sales, inventory, and reporting all live in the same ecosystem. Once you get past the initial setup, saved searches and custom dashboard save a ton of the time on daily tracking, and never have to worry about mismatched across different platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The user interface feels pretty outdated and non-intuitive, which makes simple tasks take way more clicks than they should. There is a steep learning curve for new team members, and building or customizing reports can feel overly rigid and tedious if you don't know the exact formulas or saved search settings. "Robust Role-Based Security, Custom Dashboards, and Solid P2P Management"
4/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

As an admin, I’m able to manage over 150 users with role-based access and security permissions. I can also create custom dashboards, and the user-level security and global permissions feel robust. The accounting module is solid, and I appreciate the ability to connect to WMS solutions like RF Smart, along with the available plugins and other integrations. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Record loading speed could be faster for certain report types. Also, the UI could be more appealing if the Appearance tab offered more customization options beyond just university mascots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite: A Flexible and Powerful Platform for Business Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like how NetSuite brings different parts of the business together in one system. I especially like the flexibility it can be customized with saved searches, workflows, SuiteScript, and integrations to automate processes and solve different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I dislike that NetSuite can sometimes feel overly complex for simple tasks. The navigation and error messages aren’t always very clear, so troubleshooting can take longer than expected, especially with customizations and integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Yet Adaptable ERP Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I love the large breadth of the NetSuite platform. It covers almost all aspects of our business, so we don't have to stitch together different systems. We use it for CRM, Cases, Projects, and Field Service Management, and everything is real-time. The CRM helps us maintain accurate pipelines, align inventory with sales needs, and it's all visible, not hidden in emails. We use the Field Service Management module with projects to ensure efficiency and profitability through ROI analysis. The MCP connection allows integration with our AI tools, enhancing our dashboards and analytics and even leveraging AI for menial tasks. This comprehensive, unified platform is incredibly valuable as our business grows and our needs evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I think NetSuite could improve in a few areas. In the CRM, I wish there was a more visual queue for displaying quotes where I could just drag and drop them into a new status, instead of having to manually edit them each time. Also, the Bill Pay feature doesn't work smoothly with billing items from purchase orders, and it would be really helpful if the purchase order number displayed on the bills, so I could easily identify which item is from which PO. Another issue is with email case capture; when other NetSuite customers email from their NetSuite environment, it doesn't create a case in our NetSuite, which means we could potentially lose orders or frustrate our customers. "NetSuite Unifies Core Processes with Powerful Visibility and Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its ability to bring all core business processes into a single, integrated platform. It provides strong visibility across finance, operations, and supply chain, which helps improve decision-making and efficiency.

I especially value the flexibility of saved searches and reporting, which makes it easy to quickly access and analyze the data needed for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While NetSuite is a powerful and flexible platform, there are some limitations that can impact day-to-day usability.

One of the main challenges is with Saved Searches, particularly around complex criteria and advanced filtering. As requirements become more sophisticated, it can be difficult to build or maintain searches without workarounds, and performance can sometimes be impacted.

From a supply chain perspective, there are also limitations in inventory management and demand forecasting capabilities. Forecasting often requires additional customization or external tools to achieve higher accuracy and deeper predictive insights.

Overall, while NetSuite provides a strong foundation, some areas require enhancement or supplementary solutions to fully support advanced analytics and planning needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust, User-Friendly, and Gives the Full Customer Story"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

It is so robust yet super user friendly. I love how everything interconnects and you get the full story with your customers from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I don't dislike anything about NS but if I had one thing that I would like to see be a bit more user friendly would be creating saved searches or making your own reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable ERP with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like most about NetSuite is its customization. I find it very useful that I can use the NetSuite MCP to connect to Cloud, pull data out, and create my own dashboards. Being able to easily create my own fields and lists, and then search those fields, allows me to access my information in ways I never could before. Using the MCP, we are able to create our own dashboards and get better statistics very quickly without the need for a third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I'm not a big fan of how having different roles in NetSuite completely hides different menus and lists. For example, if an employee does not have the HR role, they cannot completely see the employee list. On my old accounting system, they could still see it, but it would be clicked out. It was also kinda difficult to set up, and the third-party implementer was not very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Inventory Management with Clean UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I like NetSuite's clean UI, which makes it easier to use. I also appreciate the automatic calculation of lead times based on purchase order dates and receipts, which helps us manage actual lead times more effectively than planned ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The forecasting for each item based on previous sales can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Visibility Across Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is the ability to see financial, inventory, purchasing, and sales information in one place. It provides real-time visibility into our business, helps streamline month-end close and reporting, and allows us to analyze profitability by channel, customer, and product. The flexibility to create custom reports, saved searches, and workflows has been valuable in improving efficiency and decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The biggest challenges are the complexity of reporting and the amount of setup required to support operational and financial analysis. Building meaningful reports often requires advanced knowledge of saved searches, custom records, and system configurations. Data integrity can also become an issue when processes are not standardized, and troubleshooting transaction flows across inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, and accounting modules can be time-consuming. Improvements to usability, reporting, and data management would significantly enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite: Exceptionally User-Friendly and Highly Customizable Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is one of the most user-friendly systems I’ve used in my 25-year career. I like that you can continually build and refine reports, add new checkboxes, and keep shaping the system so it becomes exactly what you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Currently, the one downside of NetSuite is the naming convention of what they call items are not as clear as the outside world. For example, they use reference number instead of invoice number, item instead of GL code and us a lot of sections to include data that could he housed on the vendor profile.
