What do you like best?

OpenTable, it could be considered that it is a software that houses the majority of complexity in its system, since it develops different functions with the online reservation term, being one of my favorite and reliable applications, in which we can perform and even Orders, with a powerful location with integrations, to locate a certain point, where a consumer is located and delivery services are carried out, being a skillful program and very suitable for restaurants, since it includes admirable qualities, which allow a guest management, precisely to guarantee exclusivity in an important event, and all through a web server. What do you dislike?

Previously described, it should be noted that it is not a complete software, according to the accessibility they maintain, because for hosting services it is not suitable, much less designed for those areas, although it could be adapted in a way, based on reservations in This line, although it would be quite simple, could be useful, without excluding, that it must implement more options of use, which give deeper visibility, in qualities that allow a more generically understandable service. This software acquires unique functionalities, which become perfect for environments related to restaurants, bars and even hotels, due to its reservation options, being very ideal since through this application, we can carry out marketing at local levels thanks to to its extensive integrations with social networks, mentioning a solid management for the correct administration of your reviews and evaluations, which some of your clients propose, either in satisfaction with said services, or considerable and coherent constructive criticism, logically, being an advanced program in technology and multi functional, thanks to the fact that it is suitable and even as a small CRM system, for these areas. Today we use this system, due to its incredible functionalities, which allow us to develop a variety of things on the same page, both a benefit for our most potential customers and loyal to the establishment we acquire, as well as for us, since We can carry out administrations to economic environments, and at the same time idealize an excellent CRM server, based on this wonderful application, without excluding that we agree to manage the ratings and reviews, referring to the services we offer as a restaurant to a general scope, including our shipping and delivery strategies for these individuals, in which we also program through OpenTable. What do you like best?

You can easily send an invitation from the website to the other people who are attending. It is very easy to use and very efficient. Makes my job smoother when having to set-up meetings with on/off campus partners for my boss. I also love that you can add it to your calendar and make changes to the reservation through the software without having to call the restaurant. The open table connect app is full of many tools to make booking and managing reservations easy. In the reservation, there are many options to add notes and special tags. What do you like best?

The most useful part of this program is that you are able to mark down the tables in specific servers sections. This keeps track of all of number of tables and number of customers each server has served, which makes it easy to divide the seatings evenly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be difficult to track customers who have arrived but are not yet seated. As of this point, we are required to modify each customers visit notes with what they look like so that we can find them from the bar when a table opens up, which can be time consuming. This program is perfect for any and all restaurants. It is easy to use and is very efficient. This program helps provide the utmost customer satisfaction and I would strongly recommend it to any restaurant looking for a new system of seating guest and tracking customers. What do you like best?

It has a nice layout that is easy to follow once you are trained to use it. You can easily see the entire floor, assign people to tables ahead of time or when they arrive, and mark where they are in their meal. You can also see all the servers and their covers. I do like the more streamlined display. It is easier to see the tables and to plot out your floor plan or make edits when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be SO many extra steps to everything now. Drag and drop is a thing of the past to seat a table without hitting other buttons first. To move a table is multiple steps. To cancel or no show. To assign server sections. You name it, it now has all these extra steps. On a busy night there is nothing worse than being delayed by extra buttons.
