I was disappointed with the quality of equipment sent compared to our current setup and the operational requirements needed to set it up. Customer service was also an issue, particularly in getting answers. I've been trying to cancel my contract for a month without a siginificant response (other than saying I can only cancel If I speak to them on the phone), just after initially signing,and they increased the contract cancellation fee from £2,000 to £10,000.
