**What do you like best about Omnivore?**

Omnivore provides a single platform for integrations into our POS.  You can manage APIs, see real time traffic and troubleshoot issues from the portal.  It is compatible with all major players and many smaller ones as well.

**What do you dislike about Omnivore?**

If you are the one purchasing the Omnivore license it is a bit pricey.  Some integrators use their license and just bill you for their service.  Still, it is great value for your money.

**Recommendations to others considering Omnivore:**

Upgrade your POS to the latest version to avoid delays in setting up integrations.  Older versions will work, but take more tweaking. 
Omnivore has a great support team and their techs are very knowledgable and familiar with the hospitality industry.

**What problems is Omnivore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnivore has helped us integrate products that were not originally built to speak to each other and it works surprisingly well.
