  ### 1. Easy to Use, Spotty Credit Card Processing Problems

**What do you like best about NCR Retail ONE?**

NCR is easy to learn and use. All parts of the application and website are user-friendly and non-challenging.  The reports are just what we need. Almost every deposit matches sales every day. There is very little issues with reconciliations.

**What do you dislike about NCR Retail ONE?**

Our credit card processor does not record the sale sometimes and we have to run the card again. To make sure it doesn't charge the customer twice we have to go into the merchant website and check the charge. This takes time and holds up the customer. That can be very frustrating.

**What problems is NCR Retail ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem we have is with the intermittent credit card not being accepted. There is no solve from NCR.

Software is older and user experience is not as good as newer options in the space.

POS and transaction system of record with credit card payment processing.
