What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

At times, the search tool feels unintuitive. Finding specific old threads can be challenging unless you remember the exact keywords or the folders where they are stored. The main issue is that the user interface often appears somewhat cluttered, especially when compared to more modern, minimalist email clients. This can make the learning curve steeper for new users. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I dislike that I cannot pass on ownership of meetings to other people and that whenever I need to update the participants of a meeting, it sends a notification to everyone who is involved in that meeting.
