"All-in-One Communication and Scheduling That Keeps Me Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like best about Microsoft Outlook is how it keeps communication and scheduling organized in one place. The integration between email, calendar, and task management makes it easy to manage meetings, deadlines, and daily priorities without needing multiple tools. I especially like the calendar features, which allow me to schedule meetings efficiently, set reminders, and coordinate with teams while seeing availability in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One of the things I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when managing a high volume of emails, meetings, and notifications at the same time. It can take extra effort to keep inboxes organized, and important messages can occasionally get buried if filters and folders are not carefully maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Easy-to-Use Email and Calendar Integration with Microsoft Outlook"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is reliable and easy to use for everyday email communication. I use it regularly to manage emails, schedule meetings, and keep my tasks organized. The calendar integration is very helpful, especially when it comes to meeting reminders and coordinating with my team. It also works smoothly with other Microsoft tools, which helps make my workflow more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The interface can sometimes feel a bit busy, especially when I’m managing a high volume of email. New users may need some time to explore all the features, but once you’re familiar with it, it becomes easy to navigate and efficient for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Emails, Meetings, Panic: The Full Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

The biggest upside of Outlook is reliability. It’s been around forever, and it shows. It handles email, calendars, and contacts in one place without much drama. I use it daily, and it does a good job of keeping everything organized, especially when you’re juggling a lot of emails and meetings.

The calendar integration is a huge plus. Scheduling meetings, sending invites, and syncing with Teams feels seamless if you’re already in the Microsoft ecosystem. I also like the rules and folders feature; once you set them up, Outlook quietly does a lot of the cleanup work for you in the background. Search is another underrated win; even when my inbox is overflowing, I can usually find what I need pretty fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook isn’t the lightest tool out there. It can feel a bit heavy, especially if you’re using the desktop app with a large mailbox. I’ve had moments where it lagged or froze right when I was trying to send something important (never a great feeling).

The interface can also feel cluttered at times. There are a lot of features, which are great in theory, but it can be overwhelming if you just want to do something simple quickly. On top of that, notifications can get noisy if you don’t fine-tune them; it’s very easy to end the day with inbox fatigue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Productivity Essential for Office Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Rules and automation are a strong point—Outlook’s filtering, folders, and categories make it easier to keep email organized. It’s also deeply integrated with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and corporate IT systems, which is why it’s the standard in many workplaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

There are too many versions—“Classic Outlook,” “New Outlook,” web Outlook, Mac Outlook, and mobile Outlook—and they don’t always behave the same way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Yet User-Friendly, With Excellent Integrations and AI Writing Help"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Well organized, interface is very advanced yet user friendly. It integrates wonderfully with other software as ClickUp, performance could be better as it sometimes stop working on my macbook air. AI intelligence is very useful when it comes to email writing and grammar correction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I would like it to have a snooze option for when I need to follow up on an email at certain specific time. That'd be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Outlook: Great Integration and Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is how it quietly fits into my daily routine. I depend on it daily for emails, calendar, meetings, and reminders as all these are in one place, and over time it becomes very easy to stay organized. The search is dependable, the calendar helps avoid scheduling mistakes, and the integration with Teams and Office tools feels natural. it just works for me as its stable, familiar, and something I can rely on every workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that when my mailbox gets heavy, it tends to slow down and becomes less responsive. The search usually works, but when it misses an email I know exists, it’s really frustrating. It does the job, but the experience can feel more complicated than it needs to be. Support responses often feel generic and it usually takes longer than expected to reach someone who truly understands the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outlook Keeps Me Organized with Thread Grouping and Smart Rules"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

The most helpful feature of Outlook is the grouping of emails in the same thread as this helps keep me organized. I also like how you can set rules for different domains or senders to go to specific folders. Overall, Outlook is my preferred email client as it is the easiest to use, integrate with, and best for my organizational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The spam filter does not work that great. We use Mimecast as an integration to help with spam. Additionally, the calendar notification function from Outlook occasionally glitches by not closing out or by repeating the same event even though I dismissed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outlook is outstanding"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook is a wonderful program for managing multiple email accounts on either Windows or Mac. It has a ton of plugins for popular meeting platforms such as Webex/Zoom/Google Meet: They are constantly adding new features and this is pretty much the best email platform on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The Mac and Windows versions are very different and I don’t love how the “New” Outlook looks. It can also be difficult to transfer a users data file and/or recovering OST files when upgrading versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Reliable for Keeping Email, Calendar, and Meetings Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

It’s super reliable and keeps all my emails, calendar, and meetings in one place. I like how easy it is to stay organized and not miss anything important during a busy day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I actually find Outlook very solid overall, but if I had to mention something, it can feel a bit feature-rich at first until you get used to it. Other than that, it works really smoothly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
