I love the one-stop platform for mentoring which Mentorloop provides! It enables you to easily match with great mentees (I have had 2 spot-on matches in 2 years of using it), then fully track all stages of your contact and relationship, integrate your calendar to set up meetings, and chat easily in your "loop". It also provides great resources to support mentors and mentees, and build your milestones together, including setting and tracking Goals, which is a wonderful feature. I couldn't really link Mentorloop Mentoring Software to my company's web Teams because there are blocks on linkage with external platforms. This inability to set up calls from the software to my work Outlook and send change invites meant I had to take a lot of manual steps to organize things. I would advise developers to create readily available expertise/skills options for mentors to select rather than having to manually type what they do and can offer as mentors. My experience with the Mentorloop software has been wonderful and I'm so glad I found out about this. I used it to find a mentor to help find out more about the application process for medicine, and after meeting with my mentor the software itself was so useful throughout the process.
