Mentorloop has truly elevated my experience managing our mentoring program at Informa. From the start, I’ve been impressed by how easy it is to use—both for admins like me and for our mentors and mentees. The implementation was seamless, and the platform’s features and integrations make it effortless to keep everything running smoothly. What really sets Mentorloop apart, though, is the outstanding customer support. Our account manager, Marina Sancho, has been an incredible partner—always helpful, proactive, and keeping me in the loop on new features and best practices. Knowing I have her support makes my job so much easier. While Mentorloop is a fantastic platform, one piece of feedback I’ve heard from participants is that notifications don’t always seem to come through unless they log in, making it easy to miss updates.
