It was hard for mentors/mentees to do rescheduling within the platform and if they wanted to meet more frequently than monthly, it threw off the agenda so they ended up scheduling outside the platform. **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** We liked the automation of the reminders although people were annoyed with excessive reminders. It has an extensive library of resources - from session agendas to guides on how to be a great mentor; they have it covered! It also integrates with tools employees already use, so there were no new systems to learn. It even helped us increase use of our other learning tools. As an admin, I love how customizable the platform is. We customized things like the branding, registration questionnaire, pairing criteria, and resources provided. Although they do give the option of using one of their out-of-the box programs, we loved having the option to tailor to our exact needs. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** Nothing comes to mind. Participants have guidance through provided content and agendas created by Together (you can modify this though if you want though which is also great). The ability to integrate with Google Calendar is also great. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** As an admin, I would like to be able to complete a profile for someone who doesn't have time to complete it themselves or be able to pair them anyways. I would like to modify a few canned responses. Their Customer Success team is incredibly responsive. They were there every step of the way during our implementation and always available to hop on a call and answer any questions or walk me through next steps. Even after our program was launched, they still check in and make sure we feel supported. The software itself is awesome. The team is constantly updating and improving the app. They have recently implemented a function where administrators can view the health of the different pairings allowing us to jump in if a pairing is struggling. The team is constantly looking for ways to improve and listens to feedback from customers. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** I wouldn't say there is anything that I dislike about the app. There is a lot of information you can sift through on the back end, which can be overwhelming. Again, Together is constantly updating the app and providing new features and is very receptive to feedback. If there is a pain point, they work on finding a way to improve it. **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous Mentoring program was 100% manual. Our pain points were manually matching all global participants and not having structure for the sessions. Together has solved both these problems. Their matching algorithm has done a great job at pairing our participants. The structured sessions have also received positive feedback, mentees feel like they are very helpful when planning their conversations with their mentors. ### 23. Together has freed up 90% of my time and has made the experience for employees 100x better. A huge benefit of Together's software the ability to customize for your business needs. The reporting features of the software are excellent - this has really helped us show the impact of the program with our executive team.
