I used Mentorloop Mentoring Software to find and match with a mentor via my alliance. It really matched me with an amazing mentor and prompted us in the best ways to start and develop the relationship. I liked that it tracked when you took the first steps, what ways you could extend goal setting and collaborating, and provided opportunities to connect and chat. The initial setup was pretty easy, with a very natural sign-up flow and a pretty simple user journey.

I really like the matching feature that pairs mentors with mentees based on areas of interest, abilities, or desired areas for improvement, ensuring that those looking for a mentor are connected with the most appropriate person. The 'kudos' feature is great as it provides immediate feedback and positive reinforcement for both myself and my mentee to stay engaged in the mentoring partnership.
