I’ve had hands‑on experience with most of the tools you listed; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Braze but Insider One is the one that really stood out for me, especially compared to the rest.
What I liked most about Insider One was how AI‑driven personalization actually worked in practice across multiple channels.
A few specific points from our experience:
Cross‑channel orchestration felt genuinely seamless — the transition between channels wasn’t siloed like with some other platforms.
The AI suggestions weren’t just buzzwords — they offered actionable insight that helped increase conversions on campaigns without having us manually segment every audience.
Real‑time triggers and dynamic content allowed us to tailor messaging at scale, which made our automation more effective than what we could build in HubSpot or ActiveCampaign without significant custom work.
