I haven't been able to try others; we're a small shop, and it can be hard to deliver quick and effective emails and spin a few plates. At the very least, this gets me to pay attention to whom I am sending an email too or allows me to customize the response, returning the conversation to human2human, which is nice. It has freed up a few hours in my schedule. **What do you dislike about Luna.ai?** Plenty of room for improvement. The options for customized search should be expanded. It needs to be a little more surgical with lead outreach. It doesn't do a great job of filtering out dead contacts, but I will add that after you mark it as outdated or closed, it removes it seamlessly from the search. Pricing feels steep, but I understand where the offset is for time vs. automation.
