What do you like best about Luna.ai?

I was looking for a new way to do email outreach. I haven't been able to try others; we're a small shop, and it can be hard to deliver quick and effective emails and spin a few plates. At the very least, this gets me to pay attention to whom I am sending an email too or allows me to customize the response, returning the conversation to human2human, which is nice. What do you dislike about Luna.ai?

Plenty of room for improvement. The options for customized search should be expanded. It needs to be a little more surgical with lead outreach. It doesn't do a great job of filtering out dead contacts, but I will add that after you mark it as outdated or closed, it removes it seamlessly from the search. Pricing feels steep, but I understand where the offset is for time vs. automation. I am still on the fence, as we sell a creative service, not a product, and it struggles to explain what we do. What do you like best about Luna.ai?

Great to see the corrections in earlier AI-generated text for emails do improve the next emails. Relevant contacts at relevant companies are suggested. For us, this is the USP. Yes, you can use other tools to find someone's contact details, but first of all finding that company takes too much time when e.g. doing it manually on LinkedIn. Good customer service chat too. What do you like best about Luna.ai?

Luna sources your leads for you based on your market, industry and target personas. I've found these to be good leads which hadn't been uncovered otherwise.

The quality of the messaging generated by AI is impressive. Also, the ability to write perfectly in other languages was very useful to be able to tailor outreach to my sub-regions.

I don't like that if you're not premium you could not discard all the profiles that doesn't match with your needs; there's a limit and also I dislike that it shows you profiles of the same companies that you discard before, so you loose opportunity to get in contact with interesting profiles. Luna's filter options are great but only if you have your ICP nailed down.

Luna‘s deepdive and learning capabilities, your emails will be as good as your understanding of your audience. The better your the research , the better the results.
