What I like most about Cognism is the quality of the contact data and its strong coverage in the European market. It makes it much easier to identify the right decision-makers within target accounts, particularly for enterprise prospecting, and the verified contact information saves a significant amount of time. The main thing I dislike about Cognism is that the data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent. Some contacts are outdated, have changed roles, or the information is incomplete. I also find that filtering can occasionally be limiting when I’m trying to identify very specific accounts or decision-makers. Overall, it’s useful, but I’d like more reliable data and more flexibility when searching and segmenting prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
