What I like best about RocketReach is its LinkedIn extension, which makes it quick and easy to access contact information while viewing a profile. I also find the email features very useful: you can send emails directly from RocketReach and track engagement, such as whether the email was opened or the links were clicked. Another advantage is the ability to add tags to unlocked contacts, allowing me to segment and organize them—for example, according to their potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation I have found is that when I search for a specific contact, I cannot directly open the email that was sent to them. Instead, RocketReach redirects me to the general emails section, which makes it harder and more time-consuming to review that contact’s communication history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
