What I like best about RocketReach is its LinkedIn extension, which makes it quick and easy to access contact information while viewing a profile. I also find the email features very useful: you can send emails directly from RocketReach and track engagement, such as whether the email was opened or the links were clicked. One limitation I have found is that when I search for a specific contact, I cannot directly open the email that was sent to them.
