iSpring is really easy to figure out, and I'm impressed by all the tutorial videos for anything I can't get a handle on. Their customer support team is always available and, for the most part, very friendly. Also, it helps our courses to look really polished, which is important for our clients. I feel like there's a lot of underdeveloped potential for the product. It's like there's so many cool ideas, but they don't work across the whole of the system, or they only do half of what you would like. iSpring feels like a new system, even though it's been around a while. The way it is set-up and easy to understand, the customer support team reacts fast and helpful on questions. Easy to integrate into your business and connect customers to your training materials. 1. The translation tool not implemented in the system. Here you need to subscribe to another party. 2. For role play to let the person speak you need iSpring Suite Max and adds another amount to your costs. We like the simplicity of its interface, it is easy to use, both at the administrator and standard user level. The implementation is very fast, in a few minutes you already have a platform ready to use with the colors and logo of our organization. It also has quite robust support, 24/7, which can be contacted through various channels. And it is easy to integrate with other external systems such as video conferencing, CRM, catalog course platforms, etc. It has frequent updates, both minor and updates that add some major function. That cannot be customized at a deeper level, for example, the layout cannot be modified, although it is understood that said customization is sacrificed for the sake of a more intuitive interface. Something we don't like is that the technical support is in English, although they do not agree that it is only in English and they make an effort to also understand in Spanish. iSpring has been a great way to get our training all in one place and keep track of user's progress toward their goals. We use the quiz features to track our team member's understanding of crucial concepts. It was easy to set up users and get everyone logged in from their mobile devices. The one issue we face is many of us are Mac users and the PowerPoint heavy tools are wasted on us. There have some great deck building features but you can't utilize them without ppt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After evaluating 5 or 6 different LMS's out in the industry, we chose iSpring because of its ease of use and administration, iSpring's affordable price, and their customer support! I was just on a chat with iSpring help and they stayed on while I had to take another meeting and were there when I got back! This is unheard of and wonderful! I'm responsible for directing the first-time implementation of an LMS in my organization and I couldn't be happier with my choice of iSpring Learn. The platform is full of well-designed intuitive features and sports a great look and feel, which facilitates the iSpring learning curve. The one-on-one coaching/implementation support package we purchased as an add-on is proving valuable direction and integration. I anticipate enthusiastic adoption of iSpring Learn once we've rolled out the first iteration of courses. It's going to give our training department a tremendous lift.
