Evan, thank you for your candid review and for being with us since 2020 (with roughly only 1 technical case yearly!). Your continued trust signals that we’re moving in the right direction. We appreciate you highlighting how automation has empowered and expanded your visibility. We are investing heavily in automation to deliver measurable results for our customers. For example, IMT Matcher switched to iSpring LMS and reduced training expenses by 25%. Similarly, Jazz cut training costs by 30% while training five times more employees with iSpring LMS.

Key areas where automation adds value include not only performance tracking but also recurring training - refresher courses, product updates, and ongoing skill development to keep employees up to date with the latest developments. Compliance training is especially crucial in automated healthcare contexts, where regulatory compliance directly affects safety and service quality. onboarding processes are also streamlined with automated paperwork and policy acknowledgments.

Sorry to hear that our response time was longer than you expected. For urgent inquiries, we offer 24/7 phone support, with most cases resolved in a single call. And what sets our support apart is the human touch - we don’t rely on bots. Our team takes a human-centered approach, both in our products and our service.
