I can upload and drag/drop each one in order... or move them around as I edit. I love the different reports that can be pulled. There is easy access for all of our team. I have had the customer support team help me to understand how some items are showing up and it helped me to understand how user friendly it really is. As a creator, I can create. As the learners log on, they can easily see what their next steps are. Tracking the training process is helpful as well as users leaving commentary or requests. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** You really do need to have a training meeting with their IT team in order to be able to fully use the platform. I tried to set up groups and teams on my own and it became pretty messy since I didn't really know what I was doing. Ensuring that all of our staff starts their employement with us on the same foundation, iSpring has allowed us to create material that we know EVERYONE will see/go through. There are so many different ways to use it, we use it for the traditional e-learning courses and the management of training. But we also use it as a replacement to company wide emails. Being able to track if communication reached everyone is extremely helpful when rolling out changes! **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** iSpring can be a bit redundant when you have both ispring suite and ispring learn. I create the courses and want to set all of the rules within the course, but I can only do some of it from within ispring suite, and have to also do it when publishing the course in ispring learn. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not have an LMS prior to purchasing iSpring. All training was done live and all training was being manually tracked by myself. All of them do the basics well enough, but iSpring has the bonus of the Knowledge Base and a handful of other handy tools that I didn't see advertised. A news/announcements feature, employeed reivew and coaching tool, org chart that doubles as a company directory. Plus a solid mobile app to boot. Support has been solid, documentation has been solid, and setup has been pretty simple. Lots of good tools for a reasonable price. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** A couple other tools I looked into had useful features, like the ability to assign courses to owners for periodic review. It also hasn't been as easy as I expected to see update dates on the KB. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched over from Moodle, which is open-sourced and self-hosted. That presented a dozen rather large challenges for us. Notification emails weren't being sent, enrollment was a nightmare, checking student/learner progress was almost impossibe. We currently use Docusign, but it would be the perfect setup if we could have something like that integrated into the program. Covers the essentials, but I would love to see more next-level options, like gamification components and social learning incorporation.
