What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I think it's fairly intuitive. I like the Admin portal for managing the company through Departments and Groups. We have an easy setup for self-enrollment which works well. Their customer support is quick.

The Admin portal features made it fairly simple to organize content. I like the Catalog organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

My least favorite thing is the Functional or Supervisor not being able to enroll a team member in a course, from the User portal. They want you to use the Admin Portal for managers to enroll their team. But I think that is the wrong way to go.. Managers should be able to enroll in User Portal without requiring approval from the Admin. That is a waste of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Knowledge Base section has become a great hub for data for our contractors. I also find the export function on users incredibly helpful. I'm able to pull my current roster up in just a few seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't message my groups. It would be incredibly helpful if I could message each of my teams and specific groups. I also haven't figured out a way to assign my team to upload photos of their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

iSpring Learn has been helpful with managing our training programs for customers who do not wish to have in person training sessions or have personnel who cannot make a scheduled training. It was easy to move from this platform from our previous platform. This coupled with the software to develop training programs integrated nicely for our company. "iSpring Learn - Your job has just been made easier!"

What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

iSpring Learn is an awesome add on to the iSpring Suite. It allows me to create a site for my trainees to take training sessions and quizzes. Since it's all in one spot, I'm able to analyze the results and make changes for future sessions without having to compile all the data myself. It definitely takes the hard part out! What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

The page is a bit clunky and navigation can be a bit of a learning curve. If I had to change one thing about the product, it would be the ability to customize the administration portal and set favorites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we acquired iSpring Learn, I was already using the iSpring Suite and had been using it for years. I loved that product because it allowed me to easily tailor my training sessions and create my own quiz materials easily. The hard part was compiling data from each individual to recognize where any weaknesses in training may be at. I would have to create my own spreadsheet, input scores, times, incorrect answers, and then generate equations to try to make it go quicker (it still took tons of time). iSpring Learn was designed to do everything I was doing automatically for me. Not only that, it was seamlessly integrated into the iSpring Suite. My days worth of work disappeared and now I was free to develop additional training materials or dedicate my resources elsewhere! As for the administration portal, go to to the Settings section and open the Additional Options tab. Here you can activate, deactivate and configure the extra options of your account. The main upside of using a tool like iSpring Learn is that it lets you create courses along the lines of your employees as well as track their progress.
