I like the Admin portal for managing the company through Departments and Groups. We have an easy setup for self-enrollment which works well. Their customer support is quick. The Admin portal features made it fairly simple to organize content. I like the Catalog organization. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** My least favorite thing is the Functional or Supervisor not being able to enroll a team member in a course, from the User portal. They want you to use the Admin Portal for managers to enroll their team. But I think that is the wrong way to go.. Managers should be able to enroll in User Portal without requiring approval from the Admin. That is a waste of time. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have compliance courses that we can auto-enroll people in. Also, the new hire auto-enrollment is very helpful - and organized. You can set up auto-enrollment by groups or departments. ### 3. It would be incredibly helpful if I could message each of my teams and specific groups. I also haven't figured out a way to assign my team to upload photos of their work. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have abotu 120 contractors around the world, and iSpring is allowing me accountability on whether they're accessing updates nad training informaiton - with just email, I never know if they've accessed new information. ### 4. It was easy to move from this platform from our previous platform. It allows me to create a site for my trainees to take training sessions and quizzes. Since it's all in one spot, I'm able to analyze the results and make changes for future sessions without having to compile all the data myself. It definitely takes the hard part out! **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** The page is a bit clunky and navigation can be a bit of a learning curve. If I had to change one thing about the product, it would be the ability to customize the administration portal and set favorites. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we acquired iSpring Learn, I was already using the iSpring Suite and had been using it for years. I loved that product because it allowed me to easily tailor my training sessions and create my own quiz materials easily. The hard part was compiling data from each individual to recognize where any weaknesses in training may be at. I would have to create my own spreadsheet, input scores, times, incorrect answers, and then generate equations to try to make it go quicker (it still took tons of time). iSpring Learn was designed to do everything I was doing automatically for me. Not only that, it was seamlessly integrated into the iSpring Suite. It was so tedious and inefficient as it was a waste of resources in every possible manner. We chanced upon iSpring Learn while sourcing for suitable solutions. iSpring Learn met all of our requirements, from its features to the implementation/subscription cost. It was the most intuitive platform among our choices, and it certainly made sense for us to subscribe to iSpring Learn as they did not require a large number of users for subscription. It was a breeze to set up the system, it took me a coupel of days to get the system up and running. So far, end users have had a positive experience using this platform. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** If I really have to find something to complain about, I hope that they will eventually charge by per user subscription. I can share content across various learning tracks. Also, the lelvel of technical and implimentation support was truly awesome. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** I wish it could interface with my ecommerce site, so learnrs (useers) could be enrolled automatically through an API feed. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed an LMS to deliver three professional learning tracks, compriced of 27 modules and 52 extensive submodules, and award the user with certificates when they pass the quizzes and earn an accreditation. iSpringLearn does that and the users have remarked that the process wsa smooth. I originally loaded all 516 downloadable documents into each module. However, the users complained that they had to downloa each document individually. First, SSO and integration with MS Active Directory made it easy for our employees to log in and for HR to manage. Next, the flexibility of content is great. I can upload SCORM files, videos, pdfs, power points, and even create quick and simple quizzes all in one spot. Users get email links where you can set reminders. Training due dates are customizable for custom number of days or period to complete each training module. It's pretty much set it and forget it. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** The reporting is a bit confusing. There are either too many options/filters or not enough. Hard to determine which report is useful for the information desired. I have not been able to find a report for 1 person's entire enrollment history as the option maxes out at 1 year. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** With an automated self-training environment, the user is automatically assigned relevant courses and the individual is responsible for completion. The support we have received when we have questions or issues is also great and I appreciate the chat feature as it allows for a direct line to support and a quicker fix/answer. The platform allows us to create in-depth courses both internally and externally, which has been very helpful in onboarding our new staff and customers using the quiz tool. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** I don't have many issues if any at all to share; my only thought would be the fact that it won't necessarily publish into One Drive but the pros vastly outweight any cons. **What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, our onboarding training essentially didn't exist and we had to take days in a meeting room explaining our products and solutions that really didn't sink in and made learning difficult. The authoring tool is very easy to learn as it sits within Powerpoint and the LMS is very easy to configure, customize, and roll out. The interaction tool is fantastic and the ability for the course instructor and learner to interact is so seamless. **What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?** If utilizing interactions within your lesson, saving in certain cloud spaces can break the interactions you spent so much time creating. It's a very well put together LMS. We use it to host on-demand asynchronous learning modules, to track our workforce's knowledge base, and to create training courses. Some of our courses are created within the LMS itself.
