
The best thing about Kandji is how easy everything was to set up the system. Their engineers especially are patient and provide quality advice on how to navigate MDM. Additionally, they have a wealth of documentation available for you to reference, along with step-by-step instructions on how to set things up, including screenshots, which are easier on the eyes compared to pure wall of text. I don't necessarily "dislike" features in Kandji, but I'd like to see more customizable options and features based on the information already available in the portal, such as automated reporting functionalities based on a device's specific condition.
