  ### 1. AI works well with our Notion knowledge base

**What do you like best about Siit?**

We have a pretty mature Notion setup and the AI agent points at it instead of trying to be smart. Answers actually link back to the doc the answer came from which means people start trusting it. About a third of our usual VPN and SSO questions never reach me anymore. Took a couple of weeks of pruning old pages to get there but worth it.

**What do you dislike about Siit?**

Notion sync isn’t real time. New pages take a while to be searchable by the agent. If we ship a fresh runbook in the morning the AI doesn’t know about it until later that day.

**What do you like best about Siit?**

Most of our company lives in Teams not Slack and finding a help desk tool that actually treats Teams as a first class citizen was harder than expected. Siit isn’t a Slack tool with a Teams skin. Forms render properly inside the chat and approvals happen right in the thread. Nobody gets kicked out to a portal. We’re 500 people across 3 countries and adoption was almost instant.

**What do you dislike about Siit?**

The mobile experience in Teams is rough. Forms collapse weirdly on iOS and notifications sometimes show up twice. Most of my agents just wait until they’re at a laptop. Web and desktop are fine.

**What problems is Siit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siit is resolving my internal ticketing.

**What do you like best about Siit?**

We were on Freshservice for about 3 years and the portal felt like nobody used it. Tickets came in by email or someone tapping you on Slack. Switched to Siit last September and within a month most requests came in through the actual product. Our team is 4 people for 350 employees and we finally have real ticket data instead of guessing.

**What do you dislike about Siit?**

The reporting is decent for ticket volume but custom dashboards feel limited. I wanted to slice resolution time by department and ended up exporting to a sheet. Probably fine for smaller teams but we’d outgrown it pretty quick.

The link between offer date and laptop order depends on your HRIS firing the right webhook. If a recruiter changes a start date late the order doesn’t always shift. We’ve had a couple of laptops arrive a week late.

Used to be a Slack thread between me IT and the office about which laptop is going to which new hire.

**What do you like best about Siit?**

I have been using SIIT for a while now, and it has significantly improved my daily work experience. This software is incredibly simple to use and extremely useful. The AI works exceptionally well and is very intuitive. 

With SIIT, I no longer have to wait for days to get a response from HR, nor do I need to bother them with every little question. The tools are well-connected, and I can conveniently use it through Slack or Teams. 

I would like to commend the team behind SIIT for their outstanding work. This software has truly made a difference in my daily workflow.

Since it’s a SaaS application, a stable internet connection is required, which can be a drawback if you experience connectivity issues.

The only hiccup I've encountered with Siit is not so much a flaw in the platform, but rather a challenge on our end—finding the time to extend its benefits across other departments at Topo. The platform has the potential to streamline workflows company-wide, and the only regret is not having implemented it more broadly yet.

In the past, dealing with tickets was a cumbersome process with Jira, but Siit has revolutionized the way we submit requests. The integration with Slack is a game-changer. Now, I can submit any request directly within Slack, making the entire process seamless and user-friendly. Sales Ops has truly listened to our needs and concerns, creating a system that simplifies our internal processes, making our lives as sales significantly easier.

While Siit has streamlined our request process significantly, the speed of resolution could be improved especially when escalated to admins. Although the AI is incredibly helpful, certain complex issues still require manual intervention, which can cause a slight delay in response times.

Instead of going through the traditional ticketing system for IT or HR support, the implementation of conversational support directly in Slack is a game-changer. It feels incredibly personal, and the speed at which I can get assistance is impressive. I love not to have to navigate through another tool and the visibility into the resolution ensuring that I'm always in the loop regarding the status of my requests.

Expanding its compatibility to additional departments or AI, connected to other tools like with Confluence, would provide even more flexibility in accessing support and information.

The AI assistant, powered by GPT-4, is truly remarkable! I was pleasantly surprised by how effortlessly it connects to our Notion knowledge base, offering instant and consistent responses to my team's inquiries - all within Slack, once again! Thanks to this AI integration, approximately half of our business-related questions are now addressed automatically through article suggestions and direct answers sourced from various sections of our Notion platform!

Nothing to add about this part. I have no complaints to share about Siit. They've dedicated considerable effort to enhancing roles and permissions, enabling seamless collaboration between my team and other departments while upholding compliance and safeguarding sensitive data. This has proven exceptionally valuable, especially in streamlining our onboarding processes!

Diverse Request Sources: We were inundated with requests from various channels, including direct Slack messages, Slack channels, direct emails, and emails to the sales support inbox. This made it quite challenging to streamline these requests for our managers, foster collaboration within the team, and gain insights into the different types of requests we received at the company level.

Siit has proven to be the perfect assistant during my onboarding process. Coming into a new role with intricate product specificities can be challenging, but Siit made it smooth. Its ability to understand the nuances of our products and processes is unparalleled. I can ask any question, no matter how specific, and receive precise and detailed answers. This level of knowledge accessibility has been invaluable, allowing me to understand the complexities of our products and be more efficient in my work during the critical initial weeks. I also really liked when to be able to contact someone directly when the answer wasn't enough.

While Siit provides excellent answers to my questions, interactive tutorials or simulations could further enhance the onboarding experience, offering a comprehensive and immersive learning environment for new employees.
Also, I have heard that even people still continue to use it for all internal requests so excited to see how it could work for me.

Siit significantly streamlines our employee support processes at Zenchef. Its integration with Slack proves invaluable in simplifying request submissions. 

As an HR manager, I find this particularly advantageous. My team has saved a lot of time (end of the numerous Slack messages with daily requests), everything is centralized now and I have access to the requests and can have statistics.

Siit efficiently manages requests, facilitating prompt resolution of employee queries. The integration with our Notion knowledge base ensures employees have access to relevant articles, further enhancing our HR support efficiency and overall employee experience. 

We also greatly appreciate the support provided by Siit's team during our internal deployment - great communication and availability.

**What do you dislike about Siit?**

While we're still in the process of fully implementing the product, we haven't encountered any issues or concerns thus far. Siit has been meeting our expectations effectively.

Every member of my team loves this product! The best thing about Siit is how easy it integrates with Microsoft Teams. The integration has made it incredibly easy for our team to log and manage HR requests, fostering a truly efficient and collaborative workflow. The user experience is really cool, and the ability to provide personalized responses based on our Lucca has taken our employee experience to a whole new level. Siit has transformed how we handle HR requests and improved our overall HR operations.

We have recently connected Lucca with Siit. The synchronization of employee data ensures that data is accurate and live. The integration with Slack streamlines request submission and we use everyday the article suggestion feature. Siit has boosted our support efficiency and improved the employee satisfaction.

I will say more customization options for workflow processes could enhance its versatility.

Our main issue was to have nowhere for employee to submit HR requests and properly track it. As we were growing Explore we needed to find the right service desk to hand it the right way.

The AI-driven article suggestion feature from our Notion articles is amazing , making it easier for employees to find relevant information. It has streamlined our support operations and improved our ability to provide timely assistance to every employees.

Product great ! There is room for further customization and advanced reporting features.

It was hard for employees to find the right information in our knowledge base - They had to go through the entire Wiki to find the relevant information for them.
