## About Iru
Iru is an AI-powered IT and security platform designed to help organizations secure their users, applications, and devices in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Tailored for the AI era, Iru integrates identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance automation into a single cohesive solution. This unification streamlines operations, allowing IT and security teams to regain control and allocate their time more effectively. Targeted at fast-growing companies, Iru addresses the challenges faced by IT and security professionals who often juggle multiple tools and systems. The platform is particularly beneficial for organizations that require robust security measures while maintaining agility and efficiency. Use cases include managing user access across various applications, ensuring device security, and automating compliance processes, all of which are critical in today’s fast-paced business environment. At the heart of Iru is the Iru Context Model, which provides a dynamic overview of the organization’s environment by continuously monitoring users, devices, and applications in real-time. Complementing this model is Iru AI, an intelligent layer that transforms live data signals into actionable insights, orchestrates necessary actions, and maintains a comprehensive audit trail. This integration enhances policy enforcement, automates response mechanisms, and simplifies compliance, making it easier for organizations to adhere to regulatory requirements. One of Iru's standout features is its single endpoint agent, which manages and secures every device within an organization’s fleet. By implementing passwordless access through device-bound passkeys linked to device posture, Iru creates a trust fabric that strengthens security between users and devices. Additionally, compliance is continuously monitored with customized controls and an Adaptive Evidence Map that updates automatically, reducing the burden on IT teams and minimizing the risk of oversight. Iru aims to bring clarity and control back to overwhelmed IT and security teams by consolidating disparate tools into one unified platform. This shift allows teams to transition from reactive firefighting to proactive strategic initiatives that drive business success. The result is a more robust security posture, simplified workflows, and outcomes that align with organizational goals, ultimately fostering a safer and more efficient operational environment.

## Iru Reviews
 ### 1. Great product with a vast amount of versatility when it comes to managing devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan F. | Junior AI Engineer/Compliance Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

The best part of Kandji the ability to administer and monitor all your organizations devices on one versatile platform. With new integrations, the process is simple and effective. Additionally, the customer support staff are extremely helpful and will try their best to fix any issues in a timely manor.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

A downside might be the limited choice for provisioning iphones if they are not organization owned but still use proprietary information. It can be hard to limit a user to certain features.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving ease of integration for managing our devices, which is super beneficial especially when it comes to security audits.

 ### 2. Seamless Mac MDM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagi H. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Zero‑touch setup really works: new Macs power on, get the right profiles and apps, and we’re done.

Ongoing compliance checks keep devices in line and flag issues before users notice.

Support is quick and clear

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Kandji is an excellent tool we’re happy to recommend, but it would be even better with broader integrations - ideally a generic webhook for event‑based automation, and an option to schedule data exports

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Manual Mac setup & provisioning
2) Keeping devices patched and secure
3) Policy drift & visibility gaps
4) SOC 2 evidences gathering

 ### 3. Kandji has helped streamline our device management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

We evaluated multiple MDM solutions before deciding on Kandji and have been very happy with our choice. It's easy to set up and deploy the MDM agents, create blueprints to manage multiple environments, and see what's happening in our fleet in real time. The recent addition of the Prism reporting features has been a huge addition, fixing one of the few flaws Kandji had. Any time we've experienced issues, their customer support has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

The biggest downside is the lack of useful logging. There are times where I'd like to see when and what happened, and Kandji is severely lacking in that area.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji enables up to remotely manage our fleet of devices, and ensures that we maintain a secure and compliant environment.

 ### 4. Excellent MDM for medium size businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

The ability to push apps and updates to all users or hold updates if there are concerns.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Changing a users password if they forgot it or there are issues with the computer is an ordeal. I wish it was easier to force a password change.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushing new apps seamlessly and setting up new computers.

 ### 5. Easy to use Mac-First MDM solution for non-Mac engineers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

As a primarily Microsoft focused professional working for an organization that heavily uses Microsoft services and products, Kandji has been an invaluable tool to me to ease my concern about the security and compliance of our endpoint Mac devices. Kandji made it super easy to migrate our devices off of Intune and create policies that closely align to NIST and CIS frameworks - making it so engineers not very familiar with Mac architecture can build robust policies that keep our devices safe.

Kandji support is also fantastic, and whenever I need help I can get on a chat with a Kandji engineer in as little as 5 minutes. In my experience, they will also assist with Mac related questions even when Kandji does not have a solution for the particular problem.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

The only downside in my view is that it is difficult to manage devices in two places. This isn't necessarily a Kandji problem, but from an overhead perspective having two places to maintain inventory and reporting isn't ideal. However, Kandji's benefits far outweigh the negative aspects of using multiple MDM.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji helps our business keep our Macs secure with the added benefit of providing a single sign on (adjacent) experience that uses our Microsoft tenant to sync the user accounts of our employees. This was a gap when we used Intune, and it was a headache when our users forgot their Mac passwords.

Kandji has greatly improved our Mac imaging process - going from using a Time Machine backup image to Kandji ADE + Liftoff has decreased our per-device imaging time by almost 2 hours.

The system has also made it far easier to assign applications to our Macs by providing a robust catalog of apps that are supported and updated in addition to the Kandji self service portal.

Kandji is addressing gaps that were previously present when applying device hardening policies to our Macs. The blueprint and assignment map systems make it far easier to apply these configurations and make changes when required. As a non-Mac focused engineer, having the ability to understand the changes being made greatly improves our ability to manage these devices.

 ### 6. Apple device management done to perfection!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jussi N. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Ease of use, as we are an MSP for multiple customers this is crucial. The automatic updated on third party apps works great. Implementation is fast and the tenant is up and running very easily.

If you ever need customer support it is top notch with Kandji, the people in the support are responsive and professionals in using Kandji.

Kandji is extremely easy to integrate to other systems as Microsoft Entra for example.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I would hope they'd bring multi tenant support for MSPs and that their licensing model would change to more flexible model.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes managing Apple fleets a breeze, integration with Apple Business Manager guarantees a true zero touch deployment of devices.

 ### 7. Recommend it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arash M. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

The platform is easy to use, especially with blueprints that simplify setup. Plus, their customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

We haven’t used it for very long yet, so there may be things that come up over time.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a clear overview of all devices and helps keep them consistently updated.

 ### 8. Kandji – Straight forward solution for every MDM needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojtek G. | IT Support Officer Mac, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji MDM is an outstanding solution for mobile device management. Its powerful blueprints allow for seamless configuration and automation, ensuring consistency across all devices. The Assignment Maps feature simplifies device grouping and policy application, making management easy for teams of any size. What’s more, it’s incredibly easy to start using, even without any prior MDM experience. Overall, Kandji is user-friendly, efficient, and reliable, with features that greatly enhance device management.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

While Kandji MDM is a solid solution, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One of the biggest challenges is the lack of sufficient training materials. While the platform is intuitive, more in-depth resources would be helpful, especially for teams new to MDM. Specifically, there aren’t enough real-life examples or step-by-step guides on how to effectively set up new Assignment Maps. This can make the learning curve a bit steeper for users who aren’t familiar with device management systems.

Another feature that's noticeably missing is the ability to group libraries under blueprints. It would be incredibly useful to have more flexibility in organizing and managing device settings and applications in a more structured way within blueprints. Overall, while Kandji is powerful, these areas of improvement could help make the platform even more user-friendly and efficient.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I really like about Kandji MDM is how it solves some of the biggest headaches in device management. For instance, the activation lock bypass is a game-changer. It makes managing devices so much easier, especially when you need to quickly reset or repurpose a device without any hassle. The same goes for the recovery lock—Kandji handles it seamlessly, so there’s no disruption in getting devices back up and running.

I also love how easy one-touch deployment is. I can set up multiple devices at once, applying all the necessary configurations in just a few clicks. It saves me so much time, and I know everything is set up correctly every time.

And when it comes to security profiles, Kandji really shines. The ability to apply custom security settings across devices gives me the confidence that everything is secure and compliant with our policies. It’s these features that make Kandji such a reliable and time-saving tool in my day-to-day management of devices.

 ### 9. Kandji - simple, straightforward yet adaptable.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | IT Director : Help Desk and Media Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji has been very easy to adapt and configure to meet our institutional needs. We went from a zero MDM enviornment to this with very useful implementation meetings from the Kandji team. We have been set for 2+ years now, and it has proven to be a low touch product in that we almost set it and forget it for periods of time. Customer support via chat has been wonderful as well. Most every question or issue we have had was able to be resolved within minutes as opposted to having to go down the ticketing path.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

We have not found a great configuration setup as of now to manage our Mac computer labs with multi user devices. Kandji does not have anything right out of the box to help us configure that. Still a work in progress on our end, and not sure if any competators offer this or not to be honest. I am also not looking forward to moving all of my traditional "blueprints" to the new model they have.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have lowered end users tickets and overall support time for our mac fleet by being able to keep everyone in a tighter window with regard to updates and patches. Overall security of our fleet has been enhanced and we have cut down on time to provision devices.

 ### 10. Kandji has been amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin I. | Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Iru?**

The ease of pushing updates and keeping every Mac in our organization on the same baseline image. We can better control security, how long it takes to setup a new Mac, and provide much better service to our Mac users. The customer support and our account team have been great and respond quickly. They go above and beyond for helping us fix issues.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

It could use more included apps out of the box. Have to custom script most apps, but it's not a difficult process. That's really about the only complaint we've had.

**Recommendations to others considering Iru:**

Just do it. It's much more simple than JAMF, it's created by Mac Admins who understand the pain points, it's easy to setup and just works.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has lowered the amount of time it takes us to image and produce a new machine. We're now able to keep all users on the same Mac image and not have a wide variety of different OS levels. Much better security. No more users being admins.

 ### 11. A very helpful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranjal N. | Linux Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

What I like best about Kandji is its seamless automation and zero-touch deployment for Apple devices. The interface is intuitive, Auto-Apps simplify app updates, and security features are robust. Plus, their customer support is top-notch—quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s a powerful all-in-one solution for Mac fleet management.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

While Kandji is a strong Apple MDM solution, a few things could be improved. The pricing is also on the higher side for smaller teams.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji is solving the challenge of managing and securing a growing fleet of Apple devices across our organization. It simplifies onboarding with zero-touch deployment, ensures compliance with automated updates and security controls, and centralizes app management. This saves us hours of manual work, reduces risks, and improves employee productivity.

 ### 12. Kandji est le MDM le plus précieux que j'ai utilisé jusqu'à présent.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix T. | Senior IT Support Specialist II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji is easy to use and to operate. The Self Service feature is excellent and easy to manage. Deploying Kandji was easy during the trial period and I was able to replicate the most important aspects of our JAMF instance in 4 days. Managing configuration profiles, scripts, and profile deployment is simple and effective. The solutions engineering team was a great support with the integration of certain scripts meeting specific needs. Compared to JAMF, Kandji allows for significantly more productivity with fewer administrators. We managed to migrate 1200 devices in 1 month with the migration agent. I use Kandji every day and with the integration to Okta, our inventory remains well organized and assigned to users. The technical support is efficient and quick if ever there is anything that blocks.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Be able to assign smart lists to library objects such as scripts, configurations, or applications.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji solves our device management problems in a small team working from home managing computers around the world.

 ### 13. Highly Recommended!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

After migrating to Kandji from another reputable macOS MDM provider three years ago, we’re glad we made the switch. The implementation process was seamless. Kandji allows us to handle most of our device management policies seamlessly, ensuring compliance with CJIS, FedRAMP, and NIST standards. One of the standout features is its auto-app management capabilities—we no longer need to spend significant time uploading packages to keep apps updated. We have directory integrations with Entra ID which is a plus. Additionally, Kandji’s customer service has been exceptional. Every agent we've worked with has been highly knowledgeable, proactive, and quick to respond, making our experience consistently positive.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

The main issue I've experienced with Kandji is related to OS updates. We've encountered numerous instances where Kandji notifies users that an OS update is available, but the update fails to install, leaving the user stuck in a loop. This problem has occurred repeatedly.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji enables us to efficiently deploy updates and policies. With a small IT team, we can leverage Kandji to implement security initiatives and, importantly, drop-ship laptops that are ready to be configured right out of the box. This boosts employee productivity by allowing them to start working immediately.

 ### 14. Best Mac MDM solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy K. | Senior Director, Infrastructure, Entertainment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

After transitioning from Fleetsmith, which unfortunately stalled in innovation after being acquired by Apple, we were on the hunt for a robust and forward-thinking MDM solution—and that’s when we found Kandji. From day one, the ease of implementation stood out; their onboarding team handheld us through every step, meticulously guiding us from testing to full production. Kandji's intuitive Auto Apps and drag-and-drop functionality have made device management and deployments a breeze. The seamless password integration for SSO not only enhances security but also simplifies workflows. Its ease of use for customizing and deploying apps and scripts has been a game-changer, giving our team the flexibility and control we needed. Beyond that, Kandji is a constantly evolving platform—regularly expanding its Auto Apps catalog, rolling out innovative features, and quickly implementing fixes to stay ahead of macOS changes. It has become an indispensable tool for our day-to-day Mac management. And to top it all off, their world-class support team consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring we feel supported every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

There are nothing I don't like about Kandji

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Mac management - mac configuration and security baseline, OS and software updates, add/removing software, onboarding/offboarding efficiency and security, fleet management and visbility, data and device security and lifecycle management.

 ### 15. Kandji is a fantastic tool for managing Macs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie P. | HR Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

It’s user-friendly, runs smoothly in the background, and makes setup, updates, and security effortless. Customer support has also been excellent, quick, helpful, and super responsive. As a Mac user, I love how seamless and non-intrusive it is. Everything just works!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

The features are great, but for small teams or startups, the cost can be a barrier.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles setup, security, compliance, and updates automatically, which saves a ton of time. It also simplifies onboarding and offboarding, new users get what they need from the start, and devices can be wiped or reassigned easily.

 ### 16. Kandji is a great tool for managing MacOS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey K. | Associate Desktop Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Very easy to spin up and start managing devices! We had our environment from our old MDM nearly replicated in just a few days, and ready for migration by the end of our trial. The interface is super intuitive and really brings all the information you want into just a few screens.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

They are a younger company, so they are still evolving and adding new features. It's biggest competitor JAMF definitely has many more features, and integrations out of the box. That said, the gap is definitely closing and I look forward to what Kandji will keep offering.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji cuts down on management overhead significantly. It is much closer to a turn key solution than any of its competitors.

 ### 17. Definitely the leading MDM solution for Apple Mac based workplaces

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben F. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

When looking for an MDM solution for our Apple based company, Kandji was the market leader and you can see why. Easy to integrate into existing workflows through easy device enrolling. Blueprints for different departments it's a great way of managing a vast inventory of machines.
Implimentation was fully supported by the Kandji team who are friendly and easily contactable for any questions and support through their live chat feature.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

A helpful addition would be additional logging and reporting functions on how users are managing features on their worksatations. Overall though, not much to dislike!!

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple Mac Devices in the company was a challenge but Kandji makes things much easier and gives a good clear inventory.

 ### 18. A happy customer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joaquim M. | Lead DevSecOps Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji was pretty straight forward and simple to configure and roll out. Support is great. There's always someone avaialble to help and answer your questions. It has been a very positive set it and forget it experience.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I have yet to have a bad experience or something I didn't like with Kandji. We're a small startup and it's been really helpful with the onboarding of new team members and the upkeep of OS and software versions.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small company without the presence of a dedicated corporate IT team. Kandji helps with the onboarding of users (offboarding when needed) and the upkeep of OS and software packages. It also enables us to follow CIS security benchmark suggestios with ease.

 ### 19. Kandji, the best alternative Mac MDM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji is an outstanding platform for teams that need powerful Apple device management without the complexity that comes with Jamf. It’s designed with ease of use in mind, making it the perfect solution for IT teams that don’t have the resources to handle Jamf’s more intricate setup and administration.

What really sets Kandji apart is its intuitive, user-friendly interface. The UI is clean, modern, and thoughtfully organized, which significantly reduces the learning curve for new users. Setting up devices, enforcing security policies, and managing deployments feels seamless compared to the layered configurations often required in Jamf.

Customer support has also been an outstanding feature. Other MDM's tend to push you to a very sizeable knoweldgebase while Kandji really does alot of the heavy lifting for you. That paired with some of the best onboarding/implementation team really helped stabilize our migration.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

While Kandji offers a sleek, user-friendly interface that simplifies Apple device management, it falls short when it comes to granular control and advanced configuration options—especially when compared to Jamf.

For IT teams that require deep customization, detailed scripting capabilities, and extensive policy management, Kandji can feel limiting. The platform’s focus on simplicity means that many advanced features are either not available or lack the flexibility that power users expect. Tasks that are easily configurable in Jamf, such as complex Smart Group logic, detailed device-level settings, or granular security policy tweaks, often require workarounds in Kandji.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unification of Mac administration. I dont have a large team and this platform helps me maintain eyes on all devices.

 ### 20. Great MDM service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse R. | ITS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

We've been thoroughly impressed with Kandji. Their customer support is excellent, and their CSM team is exceptional, especially Kaylee F! The platform's intuitive design simplified our MDM migration, and we've experienced a significant improvement in efficiency. We are very happy with the switch.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. My only minor gripe is that the frequent platform updates, while bringing valuable new features, can sometimes lead to interface changes that require relearning. It's a personal preference, as I tend to prefer a more static layout, but I recognize the updates are beneficial.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji effectively tackles the complexities of Mobile Device Management. Its robust and intuitive platform simplifies device management, making it incredibly easy to use. The resulting benefits for our organization have been substantial.

 ### 21. Brilliant Software, with equally Brilliant Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad I. | IT Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji is really easy and intuitive to use and can have things setup within minutes on a basic level.
Easily to connect and integrate with Azure, as well as others for comms. like Slack/Teams.
We use Kandji on a weekly (ish) basis with new devices, and it's a seamless experience, which I'd say is ahead of Intune.
Support are super responsive, quick to assist and helpful, can't rate them highly enough here.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

There's nothing really to dislike, perhaps an even bigger auto-apps store? But honestly, for what they offer already, it's a great and helpful selection.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji automates our deployment and management of Mac devices for our users.

 ### 22. A perfect companion to Apple Products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob K. | Enterprise ITOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji is very intuitive. After being introduced to it, it only took a few days to be able to implement widespread deployments. I love using Kandji because it meshes well with other products.

Their Customer Support is also fantastic. I can always rely on them to quickly answer any questions I might have.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

There’s nothing that I dislike about kandji. Everything just works when I want it to work. So there’s no complaints from me.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji allows us to onboard users quickly via our Okta integration. It allows our IT team to focus on larger projects than spending a disproportional amount of time doing manual tasks

 ### 23. It is a practical, accessible, and easy-to-manage MDM.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Is easy to Manage, Use, and implement, have a intuitive user-friendly interface to manage the applications, policies for organisation devices.
The Integration with ABM provide an easy enrolment and in a single click we can wipe or lock a device.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

It could benefit from improvements in the reporting section—for example, the ability to export custom information on activities performed on devices, such as when someone wipes or locks a device. Additionally, having custom notifications or alerts sent via email would be a valuable enhancement.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to centrally manage the applications we want users to install through a self-service experience.
The main benefit is that policies, apps, and profiles can be deployed on our assigned computers quickly, easily, and silently.

 ### 24. Simple & Effortless Mobile Device Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Idan A. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji is extremely user-friendly and had large library with a lot of customizations and if a packeage is not avialable you can always use a script that you can directly upload (unlike other solutions out there), after initial setup you can totaly deliver it to first tier support.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

It would be nice if there were an option for users to schedule operating system upgrades.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system helps manage computers by doing important tasks in one place. It installs software on all devices, i can customize almost every setting, and automatically updates the operating system and apps from Kandji library. This saves time and keeps everything running safely and smoothly.

 ### 25. Easy to use, great support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krista K. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Iru?**

What's is most helpful is the communications and support we have with our rep, Crystal. The management tool is easy to use and knowing our devices and data are safe reduce sleepless nights!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I have no complaints! It's easy to increase licenses as we grow.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our devices are in the field, never used at any one location. Sometimes they're lost, stolen or damaged on work site and Kandji makes it easy to manage the devices from anywhere.

 ### 26. Effortless, comprehensive MDM for your Mac fleet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott K. | Director of Technology, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

I tried for years to get multi-device management to work on Apple devices, but it wasn't until I adopted Kandji that I felt truly successful. Kandji makes it easy to get new devices enrolled, provides step-by-step guidance through Apple's sometimes-confusing APN process, and keeps adding functionalities (like endpoint protection) that all happen instantly on device enrollment. I use it for everything from provisioning to inventory aging!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

It would be great if it could cover my Windows devices as well, but since we are almost entirely a Mac shop it's not much of a problem.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes my management of all my Mac devices, both on-prem and remote, and it makes it easy for end-users to access approved applications without tech assistance.

 ### 27. Lovin Kandji

**Reviewed by:** Sean W. | Director of Infrastructure and Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Kandji stands out for several reasons. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, and setting up blueprints is quick and hassle-free. Additionally, the customer support is excellent, responsive, and always ready to assist.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Kandji has transformed what was once a challenging process into an effortless experience. My staff enjoy using the product, and I haven't encountered any complaints or dislikes about Kandji.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A once painful and time consumig process is done quickly and effortlessly with Kandji.

 ### 28. A Powerful, User-Friendly, and Well-Supported MDM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** diana.smerea@fioneer.com S. | IT Infrastructure Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Seamless Software Update Management
Outstanding Support
Intuitive and Efficient Admin Platform
Ease of Implementation

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

It would be useful to have more flexibility in deferring macOS updates per device group or group MacOS Updates in a more granular way in separate library items.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless Software Update Management
One of the standout features of Kandji is its ability to manage software updates effectively. Keeping devices secure and up to date is critical, and Kandji ensures this happens seamlessly. The automated enforcement of updates with minimal disruption to end users has been a game-changer for us, reducing compliance risks while improving overall device performance.

 ### 29. A perfect fit for my business needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Or B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

First of all the support is amazing, wether it's by email, phone, online chat etc. They are always happy to help as quick as possible.
But I would say that the best thing is that it somehow has the Apple touch (clean and simple UX) while also giving you endless options for a broad variety of use-cases.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Needs work is the EDR so it could match up to other leading EDR feature-wise.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted more control over our devices so we can keep the employees' work stations up to date and also be eligible for ISO 27001 certificate.
Kandji has done both things beautifly

 ### 30. An easy to setup & administrate MDM platform that fills the void left by Jamf

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Iru?**

The setup process (ease of implimentation) is very easy to understand and perform, each step has links to documentation that's easy to follow and setup. The UI is well thought out and easy to master in no time. Customer support used to be amazing, however with AI its been very frustrating to get help.

Ease of integrations: Integrations are easy to perform and well thought out, following suit from the implementation.

Day-to-day operation is very hands-off and "somewhat frequent improvements made"

Kandji is made by Apple admins and you can tell!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Introduction of AI on Chat, rather than having a knowledge base that can be queried via AI and chat, they are forcing users to interact with AI prior to connecting the admin with an agent! Makes it a frustrating experience for experienced admins who need help urgently, MDM being a very critical part of IT, its imperative to get fast, expedient help with urgency!.

Dynamic grouping like Jamf would be amazing to see! This has become better with assignment rules, but it could still be made better!

Pricing structure and inability to predict price increases and budget! This is my biggest gripe, one that Kandji has is unwilling to address and many choose Jamf for.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to make the onboarding process easy for both employees and IT. If and when things work, kandji does a good job at reducing IT time in doing basic onboarding.

 ### 31. Very easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave A. | Senior IT Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

I've used Jamf for 2 years then we moved to Kandji which we've had for 2+ years now. It's very easy to configure using their blueprint model. We use it exclusively for our company's MacBooks. I really like being able to force endpoints to update MacOS on a schedule. I like their library of prebuilt apps and being able to run custom scripts. I like the "flush" feature to re-run something. Setup was really easy, took less than an hour. Support is fast via email and I like that they are in-house.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Very few things i dislike and most are minor was so glad to move off jamf. I wish the device list showed who is logged into MacOS without digging. It seems to be missing from reporting unless I am just missing something. I also wish there was a way to exlude devices on a library item level no matter what blueprint is assigned.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are starting to use it to restrict removable storage recently for data loss preventiong.

 ### 32. Great MDM Option for Apple Ecosystem!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike D. | IT Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

We use Kandji every day to manage our fleet of Apple devices. The initial setup and configuration was straight-foward and the interface is very simple and user friendly. They are consistently adding new features to the service that makes my day to day as a Mac Admin easier! If I come across something I don’t know how to do or run into an issue, their customer support team was very friendly and helped me out! Overall its a great option for managing our Apple device fleet!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I really haven't had any dislikes about Kandji so far.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kandji we did not have any way or means of supporting a fleet of Macs/iPads. Now we have a fleet that is more secure and easier to deploy. It has made my job as a Mac Admin so much easier.

 ### 33. Easily the best Mac-only MDM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uel M. | Head of Technology & Support Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Straightforward solution to manage all our devices, keep them protected (Kandji EDR), and doesn't impact our users at all. It feels like a Mac product because of it's seamless MacOS integration. Gives us peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Nothing at all. Does what it's supposed to.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji benefits us by allowing just 1 person to manage a fleet of devices, keeping them updated, keeping them policy-compliant, keeping them secure, automatically combatting malware, ease of use for end-users, offering company-compliant applications to employees, and being a set-and-forget solution.

 ### 34. Fantastic and Easy to Use MDM tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom J. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

In a word...simplicity. Kandji has streamlined our enrollment, usability, and ongoing administration of our devices. Support is quick to respond and very helpful. Prebuilt blueprints, like those for CIS controls, make quickly achieving a minimum level of security easy.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

It would be nice to be able to organize devices into groups, but I understand that tagging can achieve similar results.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji helps us manage our devices to ensure our compliance and contractual obligations.

 ### 35. Best MDM Ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack F. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Fantastic service bringing together MDM policy enforcement, excellent reporting and patch management AND integrations with plenty of other services. Couple this with some of the best customer service I've ever had and you have THE perfect Apple management tool.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I have Literally 0 notes, I'm not saying Kandji is perfect, I am saying its pretty damn close.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji enables me to easily, effectively and simply manage our Mac fleet. From policy enforcement to patch management, Kandji performs much better than other services in it's weight class.

 ### 36. Switched last year from a competitor, never looked back!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon D. | CTO/CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

It is very intuitive to set up & works as advertised. Their support team is excellent & extremely responsive.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Not having a Remote Access app built in is a huge miss with this software.
Even though the support team is excellent, I wish there was a phone support for emergency situations or ones that its very difficult to explain in an email.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to set up new users/computers very rapidly as well as securing them using MFA. All computers are set up out of the box similarly & gives us the option to install or map specific things depending on the user or group.

 ### 37. An fantastic MDM for SMBs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicente L. | IT Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

We have been using Kandji for a few years and we are so far very happy with it.

It works reliably on all of our endpoints and on the rare ocasions there have been issues, a reboot always fixed the problem.

What we like the most is how Kandji is easy to setup and maintain. Compared to other MDM solutions, it is quite simple to create a "blueprint" and add libraries to it. I remember setting up back in the day everything (ADE steps, libraries, basic software, update settings, etc) on just one or two days.

This saved us a lot of very much needed time and effort that we could spend on other things.

Customer support has also been great, with dedicated people who gave us solutions going above and beyond (even to the point of creating a custom script for us!), not some outsourced or automated support.

As perks, the API is great and allowed us to connect to our security platform.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Do not expect management and logging tools, like screen sharing or terminal, as you would from an RMM or other MDM solutions than promote those.

Blueprints make things super easy but also kinda annoying to push 1 app or config to a single computer.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have MDM solution on a smb with ease. It is our perfect tool because of how little it takes to setup and maintain.

 ### 38. Great Company to Collaborate With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Management systems works great and is constantly improving

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

The right library items can sometimes be hard to find

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device management, software deployment, user management, vulnerability tracking, software tracking.

Kandji is saving us a tremendous amount of man hours setting up and provisioning devices for end users. It gives us a reasonable insight into their device use without being obtrusive. Lets us protect and secure our devices for compliance purposes.

 ### 39. User friendly with robust features, plus support is very good too!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rona Y. | IT Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Ease of use: 9/10 - Features are easy to navigate into with no-frills user interface.
Customer support: 10/10 - Kandji support is very accessible to talk to: on chat, email, on the phone and even on Slack. Resolutions are always on point.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Would've been better if Kandji can manage Windows devices too, so we'll have just one MDM solution in place.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile Device Management

 ### 40. Simple and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Senior Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji offers administrators quick access to provision, manage, and update devices.
It supports a large amount of auto-apps, as well as custom packages, scripts, and policies.
It keeps CIS standards in the forefront.
It is intuitive and easy to use.
Quick migration for implementation.
Strong customer support.
I use it every day.
We were integrated in less than one business day.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Lack of patch management on non-auto apps.
SSO integration is present but lacking.
Limited control on Scheduling OS and Application updates - as an admin we would like to see more granular control / segmentation.
Lack of native Configuration Profile management - you have to create, sign, and manage them.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji is solving an MDM issue we faced while also reducing our total cost.

 ### 41. Kandji stacks up against the competetion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua P. | Director Of Infrastructure, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

I love how simple they make a complex matter. It is simple to get up and running, simple to understand and their team is phenomenal to work with. I don't believe they are missing any major features against the competition. All around Kandji is a solid apple focused MDM.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

My biggest dislike was the 100 device minimum, but they are beginning to get away from that. I don't know that I have a dislike.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The #1 priority was being able to lock lost or stolen devices anywhere in the world, but that barely scratches the surface of what Kandji offers.

 ### 42. Kandji MDM for Apple devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cesar V. | Service desk support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji has significantly simplified macOS management. Software deployments are quick and efficient, often completed within minutes, especially with the help of Ready Apps.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Scripts cannot be executed as the logged-in user unless the script itself is specifically configured to do so.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software deployment for MacOS devices, patching and management in general. We now have improved visibility of the managed devices.

 ### 43. Great and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas W. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji allows us to easily keep track and control of our fleet of iPhones and iPads while checking on current statuses and issuing app licenses. It's very straightforward to setup and information is clear and more details available when needed. Customer support and sales are quite responsive!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Haven't run into a need that isn't solved yet.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji allows us to keep track of our devices, enforce policies, issue app licenses and recover devices when needed

 ### 44. Best MDM platform we have used to date. Transferring from our old to Kandji was very smooth and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan S. | VP of Programming and IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

The support is by far the best. Just the speed of a resonse and the accuracy superseads all others.
The layout is very intuitive when creating new blueprints and enrolling devices.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I would say the only dislike I have is the price went up but then again totally worth it for the time saved compared to other MDM suites.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to seperate out blueprints and profiles has been great in helping keep all of our clients devices better organized so we can then in turn support them in a more effecient and timely manner.

 ### 45. Kandji - The Apple MDM/DDM Answer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent F. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Kandji provides all the tools to manage your company's Apple devices, simplifying standardization, build, deployment, monitoring, and support. When you need help, customer support has been great.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Alert handling could use a little tweaking, there's no way to clear an Alert if you correct it manually.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Kandji we created a standard build for all Apple Devices, manage SW versioning, and track company assets.

 ### 46. Best MDM for MacOS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Other MDMs either focus on ease of use at the expense of advanced functionality or confuse users with complex or time-consuming configurations. Kandji offers the best of both worlds and provides a intuitive, user-friendly interface combined with deep customization and advanced features when needed.

Kandji this the best of both worlds, the UI, pre-built library items and auto-app. While still offering deep customization and advanced feature if needed. The device enrollment process if very straight-forday using Apple Automated Device Enrollment or enrollment links.

In terms of device security, compliance, and onboarding, Kandji has significantly raised the bar, making it easier to ensure device security & compliance requirements are met. The Kandji support team is always very responsive and available to assist with any issues.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

I cannot really think of anything I dislike about Kandji, it's the best MDM for Apple devices.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji allows us to ensure that our fleet of Apple device are secure, compliant and also has eliminated the need from any manual machine provisinoing.

 ### 47. Great self-service MDM for SMEs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel S. | CIO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

While IT consultancies tend to recommend JAMF, I suspect they do so because it requires a dedicated resource to manage JAMF since it is so complex. Kandji on the other hand allows you to self-service management of all your devices. The UI is intuitive, you get a lot of guidance and best practices, and the support team is always there to help. Great experience!

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Some of the "Auto Apps" do not work as expected (Nordlayer, Tableau is still deployed for Intel-based Macs), requiring you to some (minor) manual tweaks.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji streamlines maintenance of devices and ensures compliance with common standards.

 ### 48. A useful MDM deployment for Apple Devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

I appreciate the simplicity of using Kandji from a management standpoint. It's UI makes it easy to navigate around accomplish most of your day to day tasks. I also like how easy it is to add additional devices to Kandji, making the process of integrating new devices into the Kandji MDM as simple as possible. It allows for multiple blueprints, allowing you to assign specific permissions, access, etc. based on each blueprint which makes it easy to assign all of these with the simple application of the correct blueprint. We use Kanji frequently and it is the only MDM we use for all of our Apple devices.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

While Kandji is easy and relatively straight forward to use, we have encounter a couple of issues. First issue is admin passwords not always working when trying to assist users with something that admin credentials are required for, which can be quite frustrating. The other issue we have had relates to MacOS updates, as we usually have a buffer period between the latest MacOS release and the deployment of such release to company equipment for testing purposes. While Kandji does successfully block the attempts to install the latest MacOS release, it many times will not install the latest version of MacOS that company policy allows for. This has kept many of our devices on older versions of MacOS than what we allow, until we unblock the latest MacOS release in Kandji or we go through the effort of running a MacOS install via USB.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji is solving the problem of user and device management of Apple devices for us. It allows us to effectively deploy a controlled environment that we approve for employee use and also solves the management of devices itself, allowing us to handle things like FileVault encryption and also providing us the ability to remote lock and also remote wipe devices which is useful from a security standpoint, should a device be stolen or lost.

 ### 49. Easy, Powerful, Supported

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Quantum Hardware Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Iru?**

Configuring Kandji was so easy that I had my deployment 80-90% built before we ever even had our onboarding meeting. I just sat down and did it, the workflow is extremely self-explanatory and the wikis and forums break it down into the easiest possible steps. For anything else, Kandji support has been absolutely phenomenal, A+, available 24/5 with response times on the order of seconds. They've clearly come across just about every challenge you could encounter and have a script or workaround or instruction for any given problem. Beyond this, Kandji is a very powerful tool, specifically the custom scripts and apps deployment. Basically any task or automation that one could hope to achieve on Mac can be done, so anything that doesn't exist out-of-the-box can be very easily whipped up custom.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

Not many complaints so I'll nitpick. If you add apps/books to Apple Business Manager then push them to Kandji, you can easy assign/remove licenses as you wish. But if you're no longer using an app altogether and want it removed from your library, they have a somewhat janky workaround to do this, rather than just being able to hit Delete like with any other library item. I also wish it was a little easier to visualize the difference between two Blueprints, ie, PRD and non-PRD, but modifying/switching between them is quite straightforward.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kandji took all the guess work out of managing our fleet of devices. Any and every possible software, service, or feature we care to deploy, we can count on Kandji to roll it out pain free.

 ### 50. Kandji has been a great MDM platform for us and continues to get better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Iru?**

It's easy to use, and provides all the control we need without a lot of needless extras and complexity. We use it daily to manage a fleet of 200+ devices. Their professional services team helped us with a fast and easy implementation and then a very smooth migration away from another MDM that we outgrew. Integration with Apple Business Manager was easy and certificate renewals are done quickly without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Iru?**

There are a small number of things that would be nice to be able to do in the GUI but are only available via their API. This isn't a huge issue once you discover the API capabilities.

**What problems is Iru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zero touch deployment and deprovisioning for Apple devices with a 200 user remote workforce. Security policy enforcement for an enterprise that needs SOC2 Type II and PCI compliance.
