**What do you like best about Cisco Secure Client?**

We provide daily technical support of the services offered (fiber optic internet, capacity, dark fiber) to different customers throughout LATAM, we perform remote connections to the various equipment installed via CLI through Putty, and this is where Anyconnect comes to play an important role which guarantees secure and reliable access to the target network allowing communication with these teams without risk of loss of information thanks to its encryption; to emphasize of this tool is that it possesses a robust security system making use of the MFA at the moment of the authentication which integrates perfectly with the active directory of our company granting the roles and permissions adapted to each member that makes use of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Cisco Secure Client?**

I have noticed failures in navigating my local computer when I am connected to the VPN despite having all the permissions and exceptions inside the company's Proxy; I have tried occasionally to add these exceptions locally, but the results have not been satisfactory. I have escalated this failure to our IT team, and some sites are now allowing me to access usually, but others are still giving me a browsing error.

**What problems is Cisco Secure Client solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we have a considerable number of teams deployed throughout LATAM, we required a tool that would give us connectivity to the CORE, where our NOC team will make the connections centrally and, from there, generate the configurations, verifications and procedures that are part of our daily task as technical support; Anyconnect allowed us to connect from anywhere in the world to these resources and from there provide the technical support required by our users regardless of the schedule; this connection is stable and reliable.

Now we have auto-updates which are working very nicely.
