The possibility of creating automation with little or no coding skills is truly awesome. I never realised automation would be so easy for a non technical person like me. Intellibot's simplistic and feature heavy platform has truly helped me understand automation and leveraging it in my daily tasks. Currently I use the basic automations like email capture, data updation. I've seen their advanced automations and features and would love to explore these elements in the future. Intellibot platform is drag and drops for automation platform, the quickest when it comes to time to market for bot delivery. I am using the Community Edition, as I'm not a professional developer. I find the UI for the Studio to be a refreshing change from "Rehosted Workflow Designer" platforms. I very much appreciate the ability to assign the "Window Handle" from the "Start App" connector to either a Data Port connection or a variable. The product videos are extremely informative and useful. I was able to build a plugin in Visual Studio literally within minutes, as promised in the product video. The support team (even for the Community Edition) is responsive and accessible. I expect Intellibot to be a worthwhile complement to BPM offerings such as Bizagi and Bonita, but have no experience with that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I look forward to flow control improvements. As others have mentioned, the ability to change variable scope more easily will be greatly appreciated. There is no "Save As" for projects in the Community Edition. The MS Office connectors do not yet have the option to set "Visibility = False". MS Office connectors in general lack some options. I am not particularly concerned about any of these issues at the moment, as the product is in development - support and management really listen to their audience. I have used and tested this product thoroughly for automating many different tasks, it was smooth and intuitive experience working on this product. Along with automating complex taks the product handles key security things like encryption keys, credentials, secure data transmission very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best features i like in Intellibot are

1) Action Set - Which can be easily used to automate the surface/ image automation's. This gives wide variety of options like OCR read Text, read Table and Click Text.

2) Run from here - This options provides users to run the automation from any component which is very helpful in debugging the issues

3) Rules Engine - Using this all of rules can be defined easily at one place

ActionSet is an awesome component, it helped us to turn applications screens into consumable data model very quickly.

I love the way control & data flow is separated in the studio. It is easy to understand the whole process flow at any given point of time.

Variable teleporting is an excellent feature, saves a lot of time.

Excel connector has more than 50+ functions, I have used most of them and I liked Pivot & sorting related functions the most.

Auto save functionality is missing in the Studio.

Studio layout does not get saved. it would be nice if Studio saves user settings & layout.

Its a Must have capability if you are planning to automate a rules driven process. It is easy, simple to use and quick.

The SSH connector is very easy to use for executing linux commands. I am able to use it for executing multiple commands when ever required. Conditions and Loop components are also great and helped in executing the commands based on the requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of using the RunCommand method multiple times to execute different commands, it would be better to provide an option to enter multiple commands in a single method and with an option to select or deselect the commands to be executed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Drag and drop features of activities and Ui of workflow screen is awesome.Creating our own plugins using VB.Net , makes this framework more powerful. Orchestrator is the another feature which allows to make use of robots for remote location systems. Scheduling the process adds more automation parts to to our manual work.
