What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

I like "integrate a chatbot" feature the most among other features provided by IBM's Robotic Process Automation. I created a chatbot for my task to reply to customer queries in no time with full accuracy. It was very easy to build chatbot and integrate into my workflow. What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

IBM's Robotic Process Automation tool is solving customer queries very efficiently. Ealier i had to be present while answering each customer queries whereas now after creating chatbot through IBM's RPA, i dont need to be present for trivial queries and can focus on main issues.
