What I like most about Workflow Data Fabric is how it connects data from different enterprise systems and makes that information available directly within ServiceNow workflows. This reduces the need to manually gather details from multiple tools and piece everything together.
From an administrator’s perspective, having connected data readily available to support workflows makes automation simpler and gives teams clearer visibility into what’s happening. I also appreciate the flexibility around integrations, since it helps build more efficient processes that span different systems without constantly switching between them. The biggest challenge is the initial setup and the complexity of integration. Connecting multiple data sources takes careful planning, the right configuration, and solid access management.
It can also take a while to fully understand the different integration options and how data flows between systems. Ongoing maintenance matters too: maintaining data quality and keeping integrations stable and reliable is essential, especially when you’re working across multiple enterprise systems.
