What do you like best about Pega Platform?

Pega is very helpful and quick and easy in many ways. It is easy configurable, I've been working with pega since pega 5 - I see it grow very much and the features it provide, the areas it grow into - I would definetly recommend pega Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pega Platform?

It is growing in different areas like decisioning, AI, LLM Robotic framework - I would say rather concentrate on one area which will help business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pega Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We monitor txns using application develped in pega. Pega is used in many ares in my organization like CDD, Retail, W&R, Onboarding, Reporting suspicious txns, Account closures etc.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
