Its very powerful, the adaption to latest technologies is amazing, Customization, integrations, blueprint , AI, Decisioning.. nothing left out. It is into everything. No other BPM tool is as powerful as Pega. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It evolves in different areas, I think if it concentrate in one area like pega Robotics is another tool - which is very likely to use in any industry. And licensing cost is high compared to other products in market. Pega has diff components but every thing is expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
