"Easy Workflow Automation That Saves Time and Keeps Processes Consistent"
What do you like best about Automate®?

What I like best about Automate is how easy it is to set up and manage workflows. The drag-and-drop functionality and actions make it easy to automate repetitive tasks, while still having the flexibility to use scripts or integrations if needed. It saves time, effort, and keeps processes consistent and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

One of the cons of using Automate® is that the setup process can sometimes be a bit clunky, especially when integrating different applications. Another con is that when dealing with larger workflows, there can be performance issues or lag when using the software. Another con is that the advanced features of the software require a learning curve.

Such cons as setup issues, performance issues with large workflows, bugs/updates, and complexity are typically found in the summary of reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Our Automation, Boosted Productivity"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I use Automate to automate our business processes and reduce manual work, which helps manage files, store data, and keep everything organized in one place, making our work faster. I appreciate how quickly I can create and deploy processes, improving business processes very fast. Even my manager was amazed at how quickly I could build a solution. It saves us a lot of time, reduces small errors, and keeps our files and data well organized. I really enjoy that most of our processes are monitored and self-correcting based on logic, giving us confidence that the system can handle problems automatically. After switching from Rocket Bot, we found that Automate offers faster development speed and a wider range of built-in actions, making it easier to integrate with other software and create processes quickly, which has significantly improved productivity and reduced manual effort. What do you dislike about Automate®?

One area where Automate could be improved is in reporting and documentation. I feel it is missing some proper reporting features that would allow users to easily see metadata about the tasks. For example, I had to manually go from folder to folder to get the complete list of tasks in Automate for my manager. If there was a built-in report for this, it would save time. Also, if the interface could be made slightly more user friendly for new users, it would help reduce the time required to learn all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Intuitive Design"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I like that Automate® is very easy to use, even for someone without programming experience, which makes automating tasks straightforward. The drag and drop task builder and clear interface make creating both simple tasks and multi-task workflows easy. It saves us many hours every day by handling manual jobs automatically, allowing us to work with multiple legacy applications and enter data into each one. This feature helps by saving time and reducing manual effort. The visual design gives clear visibility of all tasks, and compared to normal schedule tasks in Windows, Automate® tasks are easier to manage and monitor. Additionally, the large catalog of ready-made actions helps us complete tasks faster without building everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

Advanced automation may still need some technical knowledge when the workflow is very complex also customization option may be limited compared to fully custom-coded solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Automation with Intuitive Usability"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I like how Automate® is easy to use, making creating workflows simple without needing to hire a developer. The clean and modern interface is not overloaded with unnecessary features. It helps reduce manual repetitive work and they are constantly improving in this area. Additionally, its strong focus on security and automation improves scalability. The initial setup was very easy with a clean and straightforward interface, and the built-in action makes it quick to integrate with other software, saving us time and making the process smooth. What do you dislike about Automate®?

Sometimes it's difficult to trace complex workflows, especially when unexpected pop-ups or dynamic web elements occur. There's also a learning period before becoming fully comfortable, and finding the right functionality to convert expert logic into the system can take some time. "Effortless Automation with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I like using Automate® because it makes my daily work easy by handling repetitive tasks automatically and processing emails faster, which saves time and reduces mistakes. I appreciate the easy drag-and-drop interface that is simple, clean, and modern, without unnecessary features. It runs quietly in the background, making my work faster and easier. I also like that Automate® handles errors well and that the support team is very friendly and quick to respond. The initial setup was very easy, and even complex tasks could be set up quickly without any problem. Automate®'s ability to work with email and other legacy applications by managing tasks with screens and APIs is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

Sometimes handling complex workflows is a little difficult, especially when unexpected pop-ups or dynamic web elements come up. It becomes a bit confusing and takes more time to trace. Handling dynamic web elements can be difficult when pop-ups or page elements change suddenly. Sometimes it takes extra time to trace and fix these issues. It would be helpful if Automate has better options to easily detect dynamic elements and manage unexpected pop-ups smoothly. More simple debugging tools and clearer error messages can also make it easier to track problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Reliable"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I like how Automate is simple to setup and migrate but also how simple it is to develop automation with it. You can use the built in features/steps but you can also call your own custom stuff (eg. sql jobs, powershell/bat scripts, APIs) and make it integrate seamlessly with your Automate task you are building.

Training portal and help is pretty good. The ability to edit the task file in your editor of choice is pretty powerfull as well and comes in handy for tedious stuff. Haven't had any issues whatsoever! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

I wish there was a visual way to build tasks. Like a flow chart that you can build and within each flowchart item, the actual steps are there. The bigger the task is, the more cumbersome it is to read through in Automate Task builder. Outside of comments, there isn't a good way to put in documentation or notes with each step. "Effortlessly Automates IT Workflows"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I like the drag-and-drop options and the ability to build complex IT workflows without coding or manual intervention. Automate® makes it easy to automate our day-to-day IT operations quickly and accurately. Its strong third-party integration is a plus, and the visual workflow debugger is an interesting feature that many of our users appreciate as it simplifies troubleshooting. The initial setup was easy, and we didn't have to make any changes to our existing network, allowing for smooth implementation without any disturbance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

UI performance lags when large workflows are created or run. The UI could be more optimized for complex workflows, and better navigation tools could be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automate: The Quiet Time-Saver You Didn’t Know You Needed"
What do you like best about Automate®?

I’ve been using Automate for a while now and it’s quickly become one of those “how did I live without this?” tools. It’s super intuitive, you don’t need to be a tech wizard to set up workflows, and it actually delivers on its promise to save time. I’ve used it to handle everything from repetitive email tasks to scheduling triggers, and it just works without fuss. The interface feels clean and modern, and I appreciate that it doesn’t bombard me with unnecessary features. It’s not flashy, but that’s what makes it great; it quietly runs in the background making life easier. If your day involves juggling lots of small tasks, Automate is worth checking out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

Sometimes the setup process can feel a bit clunky, especially when trying to connect different apps because it doesn’t always play nice right away. A few times I’ve had automations randomly stop working for no clear reason, which can be frustrating when you’re relying on them. The support articles help, but I wish the troubleshooting was a little more beginner friendly. Still, once things are running, it’s super convenient. It just takes a little patience to get everything dialed in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
