I like this RPA because automation is effective, and it is easy to create bots for that, it is a great technology that automates what was previously manual, and it is a great help for us I like the user interface and the documentation that is complete and organized. UiPath, for me, is a tool to innovate in companies, and it is also easy to get familiar with it because its interface is friendly.

The only thing is that it doesn't automate some processes because it can be challenging because not all processes are suitable for RPA, so I'm still waiting for new updates to fix that.

**What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

It's very easy to develop bots in this tool because the user interface is very friendly that any one can easily understand and there is no need of any scripting language knowledge. The other thing I like about UiPath is that the training support providing by UiPath is really good,they offer free training for both advanced and basic level developer. The orchestrator option of Uipath is good that we can schedule the bot at any time and no need of n ay manual intervention to trigger the bot. The API, Python, Java and Database related activities are really useful. The customer support provided by UiPath is very good and also the UiPath forum is very active and we can find or post any queries and immediately we get reply. There new Agentic feature seems to be good. I like the Maestro feature in orchestrator.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

The dependencies of a xaml file developed in the lower version of UiPath some times seems like missing while we open the xaml file in the higher version of UiPath so the version updation of different activities is kind of wasting time. apart from that I can see that sometimes it may take longer time than the usual time to open xaml file. The licence part is complex.

I will recommend everyone this tool over other RPA tools and I will suggest them to follow the best practice while developing and make use of the xaml file provided by Uipath to check the quality of the bots developed

I'm solving all the excel related problems, web scraping and sending bulk emails. Uipath helped  to increase the productivity of employees by concentrating their work on different fields instead of the repetitive tasks. Moreover these bots work 24*7 and thereby saves revenue and avoid human error. I have also started automating SAP ERP

The integration of Generative AI into the automation workflow is a game changer. It takes the "robot" out of the robot. I love that I can give the agent a goal rather than a strict step-by-step script, and it figures out how to get there. It makes building complex automations much faster because you don't have to code every single exception.

I wish the pricing structure for the AI units/consumption was a little more straightforward. It can be hard to estimate costs when you are scaling up. Sometimes the setup for the specific AI models feels a bit heavy-handed for smaller, simpler tasks.

The drag-and-drop interface, built-in tutorials, and user-friendly design made it simple to understand how automation works. I also like that it supports both simple tasks and more advanced scenarios, so I can grow into it as I learn more. The community and documentation are also very helpful.

Since I’m still learning UiPath, some features can be overwhelming at first — especially when dealing with more advanced activities or debugging errors.

UiPath is awesome – it makes setting up automation super easy, whether it's old-school bots or new AI stuff. It connects to everything, has good control features, and can handle big automation projects. The interface is simple, and you can build things quickly. Plus, the AI part makes the automations smart and not just following rules.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

The platform has a lot of cool features, but it can be a bit much for new users. The AI stuff is strong, but it takes a lot to get it going and uses up resources. Also, the cost is higher than some other tools, and updates can mess with things, so we have to check everything. It would be great if there were more ready-made connections for specific uses.

**What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UiPath has taken care of our boring back-office stuff like data entry, invoices, scheduling, and reports. Their agentic automation lets us make workflows that use both bots and AI to deal with messy data, look through docs, and make smart decisions. It's cut down on our manual work, made things more accurate, and let our people focus on what really matters.

UiPath Agentic Platform stands out as a unique solution offered by UiPath. For example, if you need to automate an invoice process that handles thousands of invoices daily, the platform can manage the entire workflow: downloading invoices from SAP, extracting key information from complex PDF invoices, validating the data, making decisions, posting the results in SAP or another application, and sending notifications to the business. UiPath Agentic Platform enables this entire process to be automated smoothly. With the addition of agent integration, the range of possibilities expands even further. Clients appreciate the cost savings and reduction in errors. While many are focusing on fully autonomous automation, UiPath also emphasizes human-in-the-loop integration, making the platform people-centric as well. The customer support is top notch and I personally like the fact that their support team can solve the issue in no time. Highly appreciated.

Everything has its pros and cons, and UiPath is no exception. In my opinion, while UiPath is accelerating development speed, it is also becoming increasingly expensive. Additionally, managing automations is getting more challenging as the overall automation architecture grows more complex. As a developer, I find myself having to handle too many automation components, including workflows, UIApps, robots, agents, and more.

**What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a solution architect, my earlier focus was on rule-based automation. However, I found this approach limited my ability to deliver solutions that could make decisions independently, follow up with users, and validate outputs. With the introduction of agentic automation, these challenges have been addressed. This approach not only enables end-to-end complex automation solutions but also accelerates implementation through its advanced autopilot integration.

Now, designing, building, testing, and deploying can all be accomplished within a single platform, and the process is remarkably straightforward. With UiPath, I feel confident that I can automate virtually any process.

In our organization, we are extensively automating our clients' invoice processes using the agentic automation platform. These automations are highly intelligent and autonomous, capable of processing thousands of invoices and receipts daily through a multibot architecture. They can also make decisions when necessary, thanks to the use of agents.

In this platform we can set up Automation  for each and every workflow with ease reducing human effort and manpower in managing various tasks. This platform provides opportunity to create various tasks woven around to accomplish required goals. Its capability to integrate with various other platforms makes it robust and powerful. I love this platform for its ability to discreetly build workflows by customizing the needs.

I love most part of this platform as it accomplish most of the needs but while working i have seen that integration with some platforms were not allowed by the other platforms citing security reason. While working i tried to integrate google forms with this platforms but google security features prohibited me from accessing. I am not sure if this problem is persistent for all. Again I have to mention that working with this platform will require patience and time to acquire skills to be effective in utilizing its full potential.

What has truly changed my view on automation is how UiPath's "agents" are now capable of making intelligent, context-aware decisions. In front-office operations, bots often became stuck whenever there were slight variations in invoice formats or email content. For me, the greatest advantage is the significant decrease in the need for human oversight of bots and the faster completion of tasks that once required manual intervention. This leads to a much smoother workflow and more cost-effective operations overall.

I like UiPath because of the following reasons:
1. It's feature rich. It beats all of it's competitor in this segment. Having used this product over 3 years now, I can only say, 'Amazing'.
2. It's customer friendly. They take feeback seriously and help in improving product features. Their product today is nothing but aggregation of all the common customer feedback translated into value added features to UiPath platform.
3. They are quick and they are among the best in RPA space. I've not seen any RPA product company going at the pace at which UiPath is heading. This can only be a great news for consumers because they get to use advancement of UiPath features.

Auto dependecies compatibility needs refinement.

Uipath supports native  integration with multiple microsft products such as excel ,outlook as well as has integration  support for SAP .Development on uipath is easy because of the low code platform it is based on.The automation flow can be created by dragging and dropping the required features

Developing agentic flows on cloud  orchestrator is pretty simple and intuitive and directly by typing in a prompt  of the requirement the basic flow is  auto-generated  by uipath and can be further customised by the developer based on the business requirement

Deployment of agents is also very seamless on the uipath cloud orchestrator as the agentic flows can be deployed to the selected virtual desktops that have the unattended robots set up and can be monitored and scheduled from  the orchestrator .

Also workflows developed in uipath studio desktop version can be published to the orchestrator and can be edited in the cloud studio which is a feature I use a lot as it offer flexibility to edit the workflow.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

For developing workflows which are UI based the automation  can break if there are changes in UIelements or changes in screen resolution .It would be great if there was dynamic UI selectors that can handle UI changes

Also whille updating the UIPATH components to latest version causes the older automation agents to break.

Uipath agents are deployed in many departments for finance for GRPO automation,in sales for Automatic PO verification ,in supply chain for invoice validation are some of the examples and each of these agents deliver tremendous value every month saving more than 3000 hrs every month .There is immediate return on investment as soon as the agents are deployed and within 5-6 months there is complete ROI

Getting technical support isn't always smooth, but thats cute normal in this space when complex issues come up. Uipath has a no code platform where most of the features can be dragged and dropped and the parameters of each feature and function  can be configured using the properties toolbar.

Its very easy to visualize the overall flow of the agent using the flowchart structure of the UI .

The cloud orchestrator makes it easier to control the deployed agent as an unattended agentthrough scheduled triggers.Also log monitoring is very easy with cloud orchestractor for debugging errors and issues.

Uipath provided integration support with all major tools like MS excel , outlook,sharepoint etc which makes it easy to build application based on these tools .

Also its easy to deploy the agents to the virtual machines using the publish feature to the orchestrator and then using orchestrator it can be schedules and trigger on the virtual machines.

The uipath  community is very supportive for solving any issues related to the studio or orchestrator posting an error screenshot in the community forum and there are so many members who will help to troubleshoot and solve the issue

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

The updates that they release sometimes causes dependency issues for packages of  already deployed automation  bots.

**What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uipath helps to automate manual business processes  end to end through their bots.The business processes which take 30 min per transaction by the user to perform it manually can be fully automated by the bot saving the end users 30 min  and saving  5-6 FTEs per automation on an annual basis.This brings in a lot of time and monetary savings in each department the automations are deployed.The studio can be used to automate each and every action performed by the business user as an automated activity with proper error handling mechanisms can be packaged and deployed as  a fully functional bot to the runner VM systems .

I’ve seen a big shift in the way we work—from traditional RPA to Agentic Automation with UiPath. What’s worked for me in this transition is realizing that it’s not just about automating repetitive tasks anymore. With Agentic Automation, AI agents can THINK, LEARN, and ADAPT, which speeds up claims processing and underwriting while cutting down on errors. On top of that, the Maestro dashboard has been a game-changer. It gives me a single place to manage all agents and workflows, with complete visibility into every process as it runs.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

It is my opinion that UiPath should prioritize three things first. Their inventions like Clipboard AI have long dominated the market, but they are now focusing on becoming more of a hosting platform where agents can be built using tools like LangChain and hosted on UiPath. Second, there is the issue of pricing. Consumers will no longer tolerate exorbitant licence fees, especially when they are combined with other costs, such as LLM usage. Just recently I was enthusiastic about how UiPath StudioX was this amazingly radical consolidation of my continuous Excel work. I used it when it came to simple, no-bullshit automation, and really, it did quite well. Agentic automation has developed on the platform and become something so much more.  I can now speak in simple English to explain a task, and it simply… understands. It begins creating the automation in my face. It is incredible to watch how it is now able to search through email and documents to not only perform activities but to also interpret context and turnover possibilities of automation independent of human input. It has stopped feeling like a robot; it is more of a true team member.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

In old StudioX, functionality was basic; the UiPath Platform, by contrast, has very powerful interrelated tools, and the user may feel overwhelmed at first. Its numerous capabilities, such as process mining or AI document understanding, can only be used to address special challenges by functioning  manually. Such a transition does not only imply a switch in automating simple tasks but also involves a new approach and discovery in orchestrating an AI workforce. It is a positive challenge; however, it is a barrier.

**Recommendations to others considering UiPath Agentic Automation:**

The development of the workflow in UiPath StudioX is very friendly to business users. One way to achieve this is using Excel, which is a very intelligent use of Excel itself, and Excel's way of thinking is a big advantage to business users.  We should not be afraid of terms like "implicit conversions type" or "spaces," but we must first establish a robust knowledge system. Uipath, which is, as you can see, basic, may be able to assist you in achieving simplicity.

There is no need to experiment with implicit type conversion or namespaces in UiPath because there is no concept of variables, arguments, data types, or methods. Instead, you may use Excel to identify workbooks and temporary data, and then build processes in your workflows around those names.

The new Intelligent Xtraction & Processing (IXP) feature also enhances data handling by using multimodal AI to classify and extract insights from unstructured data.

While UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform is a major step forward in intelligent automation, there are a few areas where enhancements could make it even more powerful:

1. Tool and Process Compatibility
Currently, not all process types are compatible with agentic workflows. Some tools and activities—especially those built in Studio Web—have limited support within agents, which can restrict flexibility for enterprise users.

2. Escalation and Collaboration Limitations
Escalations are limited to individual users and cannot yet be directed to user groups. This can be a bottleneck in collaborative environments where team-based decision-making is essential.

3. Language Support
Agents may struggle with non-English characters, such as Japanese or Chinese, during function calls or contextual interpretation. This limits global usability and requires improvements in multilingual support.

4. Versioning and Permissions
Fine-grained role-based access control (RBAC) and agent component versioning are still evolving. More robust governance features would help enterprises manage agent lifecycles and security more effectively.

5. Contextual Decision-Making in Complex Scenarios
While agentic AI is designed to mimic human thought, it still faces challenges in interpreting nuanced business contexts or making decisions in highly ambiguous scenarios. Can be setup easily on-prem or cloud, developer friendly and easy to administer. HA/DR setup is possible and highly resilient bots can be built. Pricing wise also it is far competitive and better than most RPA vendors.
For training and learning, they provide host of courses and certification options in their UiPath academy learning portal. 
So, overall a perfect choice for process automation and provides a good package which can transform the way we work today and also can help in increasing productivity and realize benefits in terms of cost savings.

Better quality control, faster processing of manual transactions, less errors, FTE benefits on complex process automations.

Resources are freed up to do more qualitative work like auditing and QC. Less disruption to current technology architecture and processes are more enhanced now as a result of automation.

Studio and Orchestrator are still as good as ever, very reliable. But what I really like now is how well their AI tools work together. I use UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center a lot. These have been very useful for automating work with bills and messy emails, which we couldn't do before. Also, the Integration Service has been a game-changer. It is now much simpler to connect to our other software like Salesforce and SAP. This has saved us a lot of coding time.

The platform is very powerful, but it uses a lot of computer resources. On our normal office laptops, running all the developer tools like Studio can make the system slow. It works perfectly fine on high-power computers, but it would be great if they could make it use less RAM and CPU. This would make the daily work of our developers much smoother.

What I like best about UiPath Agents is how easy they are to create and deploy. The Co-Pilot feature is honestly one of my favorites, it does a great job suggesting system/user prompts, inserting variables, and even generating logic with just a few clicks. It really speeds up the whole process and makes building agents feel effortless.

I also love how simple it is to design generative workflows, whether it's for generating emails, summarizing reviews, or doing intermediate data processing. And the fact that these agents can be deployed directly to Orchestrator is super convenient. Another standout for me is the support for human-in-the-loop scenarios, it adds a practical layer of flexibility that makes agents more powerful and usable in real-world workflows.

On top of that, it’s surprisingly easy to implement and use agents within UiPath Maestro. I loved how smoothly they integrate with other processes and fit into larger business workflows. It really brings the whole automation experience together in a seamless and efficient way.

**What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?**

One thing I didn’t like was realizing that I couldn't use document types other than .txt for context grounding in the standard Pro trial. It was a bit disappointing because being able to handle PDFs or other formats directly inside the agent would make document understanding much smoother, especially if AI models could process and extract insights all in one place.

Another thing I wish UiPath would improve is the variety of built-in tools and activities, especially for common services like Gmail. Right now, the options are limited, and having more ready-to-use activities would definitely make building agents even faster and more flexible.

I’ve already shared this feedback with UiPath’s customer support, and I really hope it gets addressed soon. I’m excited to start using agents more frequently in my business workflows within Maestro, and I’d love to see UiPath scale agent capabilities even further by adding more tools and integrations. That would make a big difference in how seamlessly I can use them in real-world automation scenarios.

UiPath Platform for Agentic Automation is solving a big challenge of turning complex, repetitive, and AI-driven tasks into simple, guided flows that anyone can build and use.
