**What do you like best about MyRepChat?**

MyRep chat integrates really well with WealthBox. The setup takes a bit of time, but you can customize things the way you want, and it’s fairly intuitive once you get going.

**What do you dislike about MyRepChat?**

We use it primarily for appointment confirmations and reminders, so for that purpose it works great.

**What problems is MyRepChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to text and properly record those communications saves a ton of time that I used to spend on the phone before.

I can use my normal business phone number for Chat.

**What do you dislike about MyRepChat?**

Don't get consistent notifications through the app on my phone.

A compliant channel through which to communicate via text.

**What do you like best about MyRepChat?**

MyRepChat is compliant and easy to use and archive.  We have it integrated with our CRM, and it works perfectly.

**What do you dislike about MyRepChat?**

Nothing, we find this to be an excellent piece of software that we use daily and enjoy.

**What problems is MyRepChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyRepChat allows our firm to stay compliant with client texts and archiving.  We enjoy the speed with which we can communicate with our clients.
