You can set it up to be as simple or as advanced as you’d like, which is really helpful. I also appreciate having previews of how the texts and emails will look, since I like to double-check every automation before it goes out. The UI is easy to navigate, and I like that there are different levels of onboarding. We chose to waive onboarding because we’re a small team and we’re not setting up anything too complicated. I do wish there were phone support for people like my boss, who aren’t as tech-savvy and prefer speaking to a person. That said, I’ve found their email support to be quick, helpful, and thorough enough that it hasn’t been an issue for me.

We use Google Calendar as the base for our FSM. G Reminders is great for giving our clients a heads up that we have an upcoming appointment. It’s pretty much eliminated no-shows. And I like that the reminder templates are professionally customizable how I want. versus Google calendars chumpy, really unprofessional looking emails.
