What I see as the most helpful thing about ExpensAble is the ease of management. It is very easy to use, with its simple user interface, although, quite ugly and old fashioned. Does assist in sorting and organizing expenses and also manage your budget.

The user interface is quite ugly, and also kind of old fashioned/ outdated. It is not much of a problem in any case, as long as it is working fine.

My advice is to try it at least. I recommend it to them

It does what it is supposed to do. I am able to submit expenses and it offers the required mobile functionality as well.

The user interface is very old fashioned, and it's not very user friendly. Certain expenses take quite a while to enter. It would also be nice to customize the notifications a little bit better. Also if I log into the mobile application I get kicked out of the web interface. Currency conversion rates never seem to match the ones the credit company uses. Multiple currencies are the same, for example euro is listed for several countries which seems like a lack of updates.

Basic product for expenses, if you are looking for something state of the art this would not be your best choice.

It helps me submit expenses which is always a painful process, it's a little bit easier then using old fashion paper forms.

- The printing of the report is not very organized. All the expenses gets entered into different categories and sometime same expense is in two categories makes the report slightly confusing.

I would recommend it simply because is easy and reliable.

I don't like that we have to use IE instead of Chrome

This makes expense tracking and reimbursement really easy.

Previously, we used spreadsheets. This way, everything goes right into QB for payment.

I love the way expensable makes it easy to see what you are paying for and where your money goes.

There is nothing I dislike about this product.

This is a diverse product that helps us organize expense reports and ultimately save more money in the long-haul.

The product seems outdated and the overall layout of it could be updated and modernized.

We’ve come to realize that more money is saved when you have a venue to organize all of the money that’s coming and going.

Not intuitive enough compared to expensify. The mobile app is glitchy and expenses dont always transfer to the web version.

If cost is a large consideration...then use expensable. but better on a small scale.
