What do you like best?

The platform offers a variety of pre-built tactics in addition to customizing your own personalization rules. The email platform is built on being modular and designed to make it easy to build campaigns. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. From the project kickoff to implementation, the project team is extremely detailed on every step. The onboarding and training process is detailed and the team does a great job of walking users gradually to learn how to build campaigns, evaluate reporting, and etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

During the initial implementation stage, you have the opportunity to design and get custom email content blocks created. After the initial implementation stage, any complex custom content block requires additional fees as it requires resources on the Emarsys end unless you're coding an email block yourself. What do you like best?

Emarsys is the best marketing solution available in the market place. Emarsys is user friendly. Easy to use and very helpful in marketing business. The dashboard is easy that any user can create campaigns and make it live easily for the business. The integration of emarsys with other software’s are also on point. The user can use it with no hindrance. Quick, fats and responsive to the actions. The support team is the biggest edge of working on Emarsys, they always available from start to end. They helped from installation to creating different campaigns and providing solution to user for a better program experience. Emarsys is pretty easy to use as the training session makes it easier to work on. What do you dislike?

The coordination with VTEX was very moderate, however generally in light of the fact that VTEX isn't adequately worldwide to be considered as an attachment and play accomplice. Templating framework has a few restrictions when populating changes across crusades. Emarsys is offering mobile application too. The mobile application isn't as successful as its work area rendition. It is hard to track down and oversee huge information on mobile application. Moreover it is intricate to begin with and have thought that it was higher in cost when contrasted with highlights. What do you like best?

The sessions were always very nice, you learn without realizing it and you acquire knowledge in a simple way. When someone had a question, the coaches helped solve it without making you feel stupid, that is something that I value a lot about the training sessions, at the same time that they were in a fairly relaxed environment that made you feel more comfortable and without pressure. What do you dislike?

One of the few things that I didn't like was the time that passed between training sessions.

Something else that caught my attention that the training sessions and some of the meetings were at unusual times for the coaches and you could see that they were on an unusual schedule, although despite this they were always friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Emarsys is an excellent option to implement any strategy related to clients, it has helped us to understand our own concerns and has solved problems quickly and effectively. What do you like best?

Emarsys is good if you have lots of needs and are looking for a one stop shop! Take advantage of the features as well as the support that is offered. Emarsys has lots of useful tools that are beneficial to us. With Emarsys, you have the opportunity to have an almost completely consolidated place for all marketing. It may take some time to set up, but if you do it right then it makes everything else so much easier in the future. They provide many opportunities for training in these features, as well! Becky is great with that, and so is the whole team. We have weekly meetings regarding our current projects, and the team always makes sure our concerns are heard, and our questions are answered. What do you dislike?

I wish we could get a link to an online email without testing it to a segment. Currently, that is only possible if you send it to a segment with multiple people, but if I test it to just one person, that link to "view this email in browser" does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The team at Emarsys were very helpful during the implementation process, from start to finish. Our team had a long list of questions, but the Emarsys team were all very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. We had weekly check-ins with the team, as well as a dedicated Slack group for any ad-hoc updates.

So far, I like how user-friendly the platform is and the advanced analytics and dashboard features. There are a lot of features which we are yet to utilize, so hopefully we will take advantage of those in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I find the platform sometimes very slow to load, especially when I am creating campaigns. The blocks used are sometimes temperamental and updates don't show from time to time.

Another issue I recently came across is the support from the engineers. Not the support itself, but the time difference as some of the team are based in Europe so it is difficult to solve a problem which needs to be fixed ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The fact that we have a wonderful trainer who is patient and helps us fully understand the product and how we can get the most benefit from it. There are many videos and a library of information you can reference at any time to help answer questions or instructions on how to use features. What do you dislike?

All of the information can be overwhelming and run through very quickly. You have to take a course before you can start working with a trainer. That was a painful experience because you were given a ton of information then had to take tests. What do you like best?

Emarsys makes it very easy to automate all marketing communications through their easy to use user interface. Also, Emarsys makes data available for my team which helps us coming up with meaningful data analysis very efficiently.

One of the biggest wins that we have achieved through Emarsys was improving our shopping cart abandonment rate which continuously improves our online revenue.

Being able to conduct effective A/B testing has been another benefit to our company where we were able to optimize our content effectively and improve metrics such as Open and CTR.

Another feature that we utilize very frequently through Emarsys is creating audiences and making that audience available for my team to run campaigns through Facebook, Instagram and Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Tracking the in-store performance has been a challenge which had made things difficult to track omni-channel performance. This issue was mainly on our end, however, Emarsys was able to come up with new features that was able resolve this and take our marketing efforts to the next level. One of the main issues that we have had historically, was improving the customer churn rate. We are trying to improve this segment by working with Emarsys' Artificial Intelligence solution to identify these segments automatically and improve the percentage of the customers that are likely to churn.

What do you like best?

The tool is really incredible, and I don' t think we'd get anywhere nearly as much out of it without these training sessions. I especially appreciated how friendly, kind, and knowledgeable the trainers Becky and Jose are, how they both used a variety of training tactics (walkthroughs, examples, true-false, and student takes the wheel), and how the implementation consultants Ali and Matt join each training to answer questions and make the onboarding process smoother. What do you like best?

The automatization of the data, the dashboard, the support for technical issues.

The visual of the dashboard are easy to understand.

The way the panels and features are organized make for us be able to have a quick access.

Is not very friendly for creation of creatives for the designer department.

It has a lot of steps in order to create some automatization, which I believe it could be friendly in order to save time

Definitely Automation Center!

What do you like best?

The automation program and it's flowchart-like builder are my favorites but I also like the coupons system and the block-based editor for creating the email designs, with the predict plugin beign directly in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, maybe the setup times are long, but once it's running it's pretty easy and somewhat fast to get your campaigns running.

For us this is a platform that combines data with personalization and communication, in order to increase consumers. We believe that it is more than a tool to achieve your goals of business, is predictive software that, through data analysis, provides smart recommendations to increase your online strategy.

With Emarsys you can have a better performance in the sales, it is very easy to use, complete and powerful. You will have a greater scope of sales and follow-up of the same, because automation of email works quite well at converting leads in sales and also with customer surveys. Something that allows us to make this software is to manage customer surveys, that is, our automation sends emails electronic monitoring of what the customer receives or not, and in turn the system automatically answers the survey. What do you like best?

Emarsys helps our team to segment our contacts and create lists easily, and building automation flows for email marketing is simple. Their online support staff is usually quick to respond to my inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Timely responses from our Customer Success Manager are sometimes an issue. An issue with our data has taken much longer than it should have to resolve, as the same problem had to be discussed and pointed out multiple times before a possible solution was provided. I also wish that their SMS function had GA tracking capabilities and revenue attribution outside of email campaigns/automations. The email builder is worse than other platforms and definitely has room to improve. The price of the product is very high. When building an email automation, you can't use the same email for multiple sends, so you have to create duplicate emails even if it's the exact same content. Emarsys allows our team to target our customers appropriately and deliver more specific emails efficiently. Although responsiveness from our customer success manager is occasionally a problem, he is very knowledgeable about the platform and patient when listening to our concerns and answering our questions during our check-ins. What do you like best?

- very userfriendlich dashboard, functions and navigation

- onboarding process is customized and well structured

- contact persons are always helping, responding fast and pushing things forward as soon as possible

What do you dislike?

- only a very small thing I noticed so far: campaigns and automation names cannot be used twice, even if they have already been deleted/archived. You must first rename the original version to use the actual name for a new campaign - but this a security function, too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for it! The service, implementation and onboarding process are great. And moreover the results are speaking for themselves. If you are looking fo a marketing automation solution that works with the latest technical functions and gives you recommendations how to improve your work all along, you should consider Emarsys.
