Its standout advantage is an intuitive interface that minimizes the learning curve, combined with a robust API ecosystem that connects to other popular apps like Zapier for seamless automation. We love the "pay-as-you-go" pricing and two-way communication. **What do you dislike about Burst SMS?** Primary drawbacks are basic reporting and limited native automation for complex workflows. Financially, its no-refund policy on remaining credits. It also has limitation in sending MMS. **What problems is Burst SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Burst SMS helps businesses communicate with customers instantly via text messages, which people are far more likely to read than emails. It addresses the problem of “ignored communication” by cutting through the noise of crowded inboxes. For instance, if customers often forget appointments or miss urgent updates, Burst SMS can automate those reminders so you don’t have to call everyone manually. Our CRM holds the data and sends it to BurstSMS via Zaper which is very easy to setup and customise. BurstSMS customer support is very quick and professional when we have issues, which is very rare. **What do you dislike about Burst SMS?** We haven't found anything to dislike so far! **What problems is Burst SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Removing the human task of notifying customers of job progress, approvals and invoices. ### 3. Additionally, the ability to mass upload text lists from excel makes the process quick, easy, and streamlined. Burst allows me the ability to schedule in advance large text campaigns for our communities, thus streamlining my schedule as well as reducing the amount of time and work on my local teams. **What do you dislike about Burst SMS?** The only negative I have is the overseas transaction cost. Several of our company cards are unable to pay international transaction fees. **Recommendations to others considering Burst SMS:** Do it! We spent numerous hours looking for affordable communication options. Burst SMS was substantially lower than any option we explored while featuring a more straightforward user interface. I challenge any company to find a more affordable option - it does not exist. **What problems is Burst SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Burst SMS has given us the ability to reach large groups of individuals without breaking the bank. The Burst platform functionality is straightforward, which allows us to roll out the platform to recently onboarded communities with ease. ### 6. I really wish they'd broaden so we can use burst in the usa. **Recommendations to others considering Burst SMS:** Please expand to the united states! **What problems is Burst SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits are that you can target a wide range of people instantly via text messaging, most people prefer to be contacted this way and will read a text before listening to voice mail. On the down side, it can come across as spammy, but only about 12% complain.
