What do you dislike?
I don't dislike anything, but one of the down sides is, this is used for marketing to our overseas clients. I really wish they'd broaden so we can use burst in the usa.

Benefits are that you can target a wide range of people instantly via text messaging, most people prefer to be contacted this way and will read a text before listening to voice mail. On the down side, it can come across as spammy, but only about 12% complain. Sales to our international consumers habe increased 38% the first quarter.
